Megan is, without a shadow of a doubt, the sweetest and kindest person I have ever encountered in the service industry. It is so rare to find someone who manages to be so genuinely warm and welcoming, even when the bar is absolutely slammed and three people deep. No matter how busy she gets, she never loses that radiant, beautiful smile or that incredibly patient demeanor. She makes every single person sitting at that bar feel like they are the only person in the room. She listens with such genuine interest, she laughs at your jokes even when they probably aren’t that funny, and she has this amazing ability to just brighten your entire day, no matter what kind of mood you were in before you walked in. It is so refreshing to be served by someone who clearly loves what she does and actually cares about the people she’s serving.

“This is one of my go-to places in the area. The main reason I always return - ORLANDO. He is one of the OG staff that makes me want to go back. Not sure what you want to drink that night? Ask Orlando. Long day and need to smile? Ask Orlando. Starving and everything looks good? Ask Orlando. Yes, the food is good Yes, the drinks are good (my fave is the Purple Duck). But - secretly - why do my friends and I go? To hang with Orlando! 🥰“

“This is not your typical bar & grill, in my opinion. They take way more pride in their food and plating than any B&G I’ve ever been in. The atmosphere does reflect more of a bar & grill vibe and that probably works for the evening crowd. Overall the food was quite good. We had two appetizers the calamari, they cleaned the plate so it must have been good, and fried pickles which were ok. My husband’s ribeye was just a tad over cooked, but apparently still very good. My DIL said the french dip was good and flavorful. I had the chicken salad platter, the chicken salad is not your traditional chicken salad or the one with grapes and pecans…just try it you’ll like it. I could have done without the slices of carrots. Our server/bartender was Tarik, he promptly took our drink orders and delivered the non alcoholic beverage in a timely manner. He did get a little side tracked with making the alcoholic ones , but recovered quickly and the rest of the meal/service was spot on. He was very engaging and knowledgeable. Overall this is a nice laid back lunch spot with really good food, super friendly staff and great owners..at least the one we met. :).“

Despite the Tide in Texas group deciding they would no longer "host" parties, Alabama fans are still welcome to come! “Plano just got elevated to legendary status thanks to a night at Plano Sports Tavern. I went in expecting a decent sports bar and walked out convinced I had stumbled into the beating heart of the local music universe.
First, the food. This is not your average “bar food.” Everything coming out of the kitchen looked like it belonged in a highlight reel—hot, fresh, and dangerously addictive. The kind of food where you say you’ll just have a few bites and suddenly the plate is empty and you’re contemplating a second round.
Then there’s the atmosphere. The place has that perfect mix of laid-back neighborhood hangout and electric live-music energy. Friendly staff, great crowd, plenty of TVs if you’re there for the game, but the real magic happens when the stage lights come on.
And speaking of magic… seeing Vinyl Tone here was an absolute experience. They sounded incredible, the crowd was into it, and the whole place felt like one giant party where everyone was in on the same secret: this is where you come for a great night out.
