“I went in today for the first time after having seen it for many years. I wanted extra special cupcakes rather than what the grocery stores could offer and went in seeking a dozen cupcakes with no advance notice to the bakery. The staff were all very friendly and worked to solve my immediate needs. They had an order ready for a pickup the following day and offered to prepare them for my needs and they would make another order for the next day. Leslie was very kind while she worked with me offering any color of frosting I desired. It took less than 10 minutes to fill my order and the cupcakes looked beautiful with little pearls sprinkled on the 2 different shades of blue frosting .
The bakery had a lot of fun decorations which I added to my purchase . Leslie offered to help me out to my car as I walk with difficulty with a cane and despite the incredible heat she carried my cupcakes and other purchases out to my car and helped me get in safely. I then went next door to the post office where I brought the dozen cupcakes and balloons to the clerks - the one who was leaving today for a different postal location. 4 of the clerks and I enjoyed the cupcakes -all of us amazed at the best frosting we had ever had along with the fresh delicious cake in the cupcakes.
I will be returning to Pasteleria Margarita quite often now that I know what a friendly place it is with such delicious baked goods!“

“This place is a fantastic spot to study or relax with a good book. They have WiFi, but I didn’t notice any plugs, so be sure to charge your devices beforehand if you plan to do more than reading. The service here is exceptional—very kind and welcoming.

As for food, I tried the Special Roll, which was about the size of a fist and priced around $4. The regular kolaches are about $2, and both are definitely worth trying. I’ll definitely be back, and I recommend checking this place out!

“My restaurant serves the large gluten free tortilla and it is a hit! Plenty of guests have commented that it doesn't "taste" gluten free, which is a pretty high compliment! If you do have a gluten allergy, Local Oven is completely certified gluten free! Outside of work, I have also served the plain and everything bagels for get togethers at my home. If you love a good bagel but not the gluten sleepiness that follows, these are great. The owners are lovely people as well. Support a local business and pick up some yummy gluten free treats from here soon!“

Tonight, my SO and I went out after a long week of working and wanted something sweet.
We were supposed to go to the one next door but I was impressed by how the worker was at the front just standing in front of the register attentive and not on her phone. (I have left many places without ordering because no one cared to greet and would just huddle in the back chatting or being on their phone.) My curiosity took over and I asked if we could go to Mochinut instead.
Yeah, it's just a drink, it ain't that serious but I work in the service industry and it's rare to find someone as neat, attentive, polite and hardworking as this worker. Honestly, it's rare.
The price was a little bit more than most boba places but then I saw the patience of how she carefully measured, stirred the ube before pouring it, leaving no mess. It's in a cute little clear can! And then after sealing it, she checked to see if there's leaks! ? I was so used to seeing my boba tea nonchalantly sliding on the counter and announced before the worker focus on something else that it took me by surprise.
?I'm very attentive to my own work and clients so seeing that, I excitedly pointed it out to my SO whose eyes got bright and impressed, too.
All I want to say that made it memorable for me and I appreciate that. Over a hundred bobas and this one made me remember her. I wish her success wherever she goes, man.

“Came in to pick up a cake and ended up really liking the atmosphere here. The cakes are light and not overly sweet, and the space itself is surprisingly nice for studying since it’s quiet and comfortable. A great spot if you want good desserts and a calm place to get some work done.“
