The meat and dipping sauce in their version of Bun cha Hanoi were salty compared to what you would have in Hanoi. Vietnamese food, especially in Hanoi, is known for its lightness so that some would find it tasteless without modification.

Their Bun Bo Hue had too much of lemongrass flavor, maybe to mask the shrimp paste that would be repugnant to the uninitiated.

I would recommend this restaurant as an entry to Vietnamese cuisine.“

A wonderful fusion of Sharp sundried tomatoes, sauteed Garlic cloves sauce and chicken. the spice was excellent as well, not overpowering like the star of the show, but rather a supporting actor that let you know they were there. I would recommend this place to anyone in Dallas, or going to Dallas..I would even recommend to the owners to venture down to Houston, as we could use this in our city.
