To say that we had one of the best dining and culinary experiences of our lives is an understatement! We tried Chef Chad's special of the evening - crispy halibut with zucchini noodles in a Calabrian chili and caper beurre blanc. It included sautéed spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. WOW! All of us who tried it agree that it was the best seafood dish we've ever had! Additionally, my sister-in-law has a lot of seafood allergies and Chef Chad and our server, Luis, were so patient and wonderfully accommodating. In addition to the wonderful food, the service was absolutely superb. Luis gave us a 5-star experience at a level that I would only expect to receive from a Michelin-starred restaurant. Kitchen is not really a 5 star. Their alfredo is signature meal, but definitely needs work and improvement on that. For its price, its a 4 star place.
However service is good, guys are attentive.

“8.14.2025 - I've eaten at Blaze Pizza a number of times but my Army battle buddy had never so, we shared a pizza. I like mine with the spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni, pineapples, arugula, spinach, green bell peppers, and three types of cheese. She added chicken and mushrooms. After it came out, I added the garlic oil. I of course loved it because it was spicy but I removed the mushrooms. She ate it but didn't care for the spiciness of it and she removed the bell peppers and pineapples.

The design sets a new standard for a dining experience, harmoniously blending the rustic allure of a Texas smokehouse with the dynamic spirit of an Asian restaurant. This unique fusion creates an atmosphere that’s both comforting and exciting. The deliberate use of wood tables, communal bench seating, and abundant indoor and outdoor spaces encourages a relaxed and engaging environment where guests feel right at home.

The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and the pairings with drinks.

Parking wasn't too bad, I was able to find parking the free parking lot which there were quite a few spots available.

Drinks... I ordered the slushee flight (Trying Any 3 Boozy Slushes). I chose the Mango Sake Slushee, Spicy Watermelon Margarita, and Killer Colada.

Food... For an Appetizer, I chose the Chicken Karaage and for main course I selected the Smoked Beef Brisket paired with the Charred Broccoli.

Dinner Summary... The Boozy Slushees were a great refreshing start to the dining experience here at Loro. The Chicken Karaage was a bit crispier than I would have liked, but the dish was seasoned well and the Chili Aioli was the perfect sauce to add to the crispy chicken. The smoked beef brisket was INCREDIBLE. The thickness of the cut was on the thinner side, but easy to cut and I couldnt get enough of the chili gastrique with the brisket it was *chefs kiss* awesome. But I must say the best part of the meal was the charred broccoli. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with crispy char on each piece and the spicy ponzu, chili crunch, and lemon zest make it an absolute stand out.

Overall, it was an absolutely delicious and unique dining experience. I will be back soon to try more options on the menu.
