“There are only 2 locations in Tyler. Neither are convenient to me. I called in an order since I was in the area. When I got my sandwich to the office it wasn't made correctly. I had asked for no tomatoes and add mayo on wheat. I got white bread and no mayo! Glad I had it Mike's Way...I HATE dry sandwiches!! Next time I'll order it inside and watch them make it!“

“Any time I’m in Tyler, I stop by this location to grab a sandwich. They are always upbeat and friendly from the moment we walk in. Today there was a situation where the gentleman in front of me draped his hand over the glass, and they politely asked him to not hang his hand over the food and the man made a scene. The employee handled the situation very maturely and even offered an apology to me for the behavior even though they did nothing wrong. I will continue to frequent this location not only because I love the sandwiches but because I appreciate the stellar customer service! Thank you to the staff for providing me yummy and germ-free food!“

“I love Schlotz a lot!!! The food is great. The store by the hospital has the friendliest service and is the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen I think. The app is frustrating but that's not the fault of the fine people at the store.“

“The food was tasty and what I’d expect as a standard at a chain. The staff was less than enthusiastic. They made the sandwich and it tasted great but that small amount of kindness was missing . Maybe pay them better…kindness shouldn’t cost anything…like “thank you” or “have a nice day” or “enjoy” when passing a customer the sandwich with a smile. Also, the question I asked about the app seemed to ignite annoyance in the staff as I was told they have nothing to do with the app. I can’t use my card in the app without Apple Pay and I don’t want to use Apple Pay. Do I still get pairings and free stuff? I don’t know, because even by putting my phone number in at time of purchase in the store doesn’t result in corresponding change in the app suggesting I even made a purchase. Also, I can’t get delivery to my work from this location in the app. Restaurant was very clean.“

“Ordered through the app. This location doesn't have all that others have on their menu. I chose to pick up in store but the doors were locked even though the sign said open.
Went through the drive thru. They got my drink wrong also. Doubt I'll go back to this location. Instead, I'll drive a little further to avoid this location“

“The two young ladies that was working tonight. Was completely amazing. The first young was superb. She was the best I have ever seen in there when it came to the menu. Explained stuff no one else ever did for me. Outstanding customer service. She needs to be a manager. She's truly a blessing to this store.
The next young lady was also superb. Amazing costumer service also. She listens so carefully to my food allergies. She was top notch amazing how well she put the sandwiches together. She was amazing at the service also.
These two young ladies has the best team work I have ever seen in that store. They are the best team work hands down.
They deserve a pat on the back.“

“I came in for a Footlong Tuna Sub. A girl named Montana made my sandwich. As she made the sandwich she was so nice about it. Not mean, or rude. She acted like she really enjoyed making it and waiting on me. Most workers don't make you feel welcome like she did me. She is definitely a keeper. I hope she is there when I come back. Another worker Jacob was there. He was really nice too. Thanks to both of you for making my experience one to remember.“

“This is a well-run Subway with all the things you would expect to find at one. What makes this store special is the friendliness of the staff. Siera made my order today, and she was fantastic! I was greeted with a smile and a great attitude, not to mention a perfectly-made sandwich! I will definitely be back!“

“Our sandwichs were good. An employee helped me bring the food to the table for 3 people. The dining area and restrooms were clean. For a medium sandwich with a drink be prepared to pay over $15 per person after tax. I would like to eat here more often, but it's just not affordable for our family when we can buy all the ingredients from the grocery store to build our own meal at home for significantly less.“

“It was a fun experience, Carlos L. really brighten my day up. He was a joy to talk with, he made mine and my friends sandwiches perfectly and had amazing customer service. He is working hard. I heard he had a kid on the way he definitely deserves a raise. The smile never leaves his face.“
