“What formerly used to be Olivias. We still call it that ? Best Tex Mex food in town! Seriously, number one out of my top three. We always come here. We used to be acquainted with the old owner and the family. As it was a family owned business. Since the new owner took over, the staff and everyone is just as nice and the food is the same. Always very welcoming. Depending on the time of the day, they can get pretty busy. But if you know the times to go, you can catch them when they're not as full, If you like more of an empty, quiet atmosphere. Puffy tacos are to die for. Usually I get the no 3 (enchiladas and crispy taco plate) and ask for a puffy instead of a crispy. ? Not that there's anything wrong with a crispy. Their puffy is just amazing. The carne guisada is also sooo good. The prices are very fair. The waitresses always go above and beyond. Most of the time, we sit down, and they bring us our drinks right away, already knowing our usual drinks without having to ask. Now that's really good service. Always a pleasure. Thanks, yall!”

“What a FIND! We are visiting from NC and looking for a great local place for breakfast. The restaurant is family owned, homemade Salsa was amazing! Had scrambled chorizo and egg taco- perfect! Hubby had Mexicana plate, homemade refried beans- excellent. Homemade tortillas- the works. We will be back. Highly recommend 😊”

“My sister treated me to breakfast and it was wonderful. My nephew Liam who is 8 years old wanted his own “Liam Special Plate.” Which consisted of Two enchiladas, three slices of bacon, one over medium sunny side up egg, potatoes and an entire pancake. To my amazement, he ate it all!!! And doesn’t even show on his tummy everything he ate. Liam said everything is great here and he loved the enchiladas. Please come by. Enjoy the wonderful-clean environment and spectacular food. I hope to see you soon.”

“This am I tried out this place. I was a little skeptical at 1st since the bldg is so tiny. I didn’t think much of it. I got a small sweet tea and a potato n cheese taco. The tea was great and they stuff your taco. The flour tortillas are deliciously homemade and their green salsa has a good flavor. This will be my new go to place for tacos and it was pretty cheap. I got outta there, just paying $4 and change. I can’t wait to pickup for my daughters and I. I know they will love it too. ❤️”

“Well, first time ordering via slice. Timely order is all. Just picked up our pizzas, maybe 20min ago - mine was plsin cheese, I added ($3.each) black olives and basil specifically. Trusted them, but got home, and I got green olives and no basil! Not nearly as pleased as our last eat in visit 😔 I'll check it next time b4 I lv the restaurant 😬”

“I love jacks cafe! Their fried green beans are delicious! I also get the club sandwich. They have a wide variety of food, fair pricing, always friendly & fast service, they even have a new kids play area! Will always recommend Jacks cafe!”

“Friendly atmosphere. Beer is cheap. He only takes cash. There is no atm in the bar, but but behind the bar is a bank. He does not sell liquor, but he does allow you to take your own bottle of liquor in. There is 2 pool tables and one dart game.”

“The service was great. The food, even better. We are from Kentucky and not familiar with a lot of the dishes. Server talked ud though everything in perfect English. My Spanish is not very good. I loved this place! The breaded bacon is unlike anything I have every tried. The Churro beans were absolutely packed with flavor. Great spot.”

“It's obviously a local favorite. The food is good, but not worth a far drive. Had we not already been coming to see the courthouse area, we probably wouldn't have eaten there. The lighting inside was problematic. Blinking from the ceiling fan blade caused headaches (,it could trigger a seizure for an epilepsy patient). Best thing here was the price. Worst thing here was an entire staff wearing Dallas Cowboys jerseys... They haven't done anything in over 30 years. It was the weekend before the Peanut Festival... So everything was nuts.”

“I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake last minute! By the grace of God, Gerri agreed to make a chocolate cake with buttercream icing for the very next day. Being honest, it was the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. It was moist and delicious! I would try to convince anyone to trust Scratch Sweets by Gerri with your baked goods. I’m even going to make up reasons to go back and buy more homemade delicious goods! Try them… you won’t be disappointed!”

“We took some of our residents from Prairie Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare center to grab a bite to eat. The waitress was great and very attentive. We didn’t wait long for our food. Daniel did a great job on the presentation of the food and it was all absolutely delicious! The atmosphere was amazing and the music playing was not too loud to where we couldn’t hear each other. This is definitely our go to place in the future! Looking forward to a karaoke night with our residents! Thank you Addacie for your warm hospitality!”

“I'm starting a new job today and I had to hang out for a few hours until it was time for me to start, I ordered 3 or 4 drinks total and they were all delicious and the employees were so nice. I was also surprised how clean the store is and how quickly all my drinks came out. This location be my go to from now on!”

“Stopped in here for dinner while traveling. Everything tasted great. I got the 2 meats with pork ribs and brisket plate and 3 sides. For the price, I felt it was a good deal as I’ve paid about $8-10 more at other BBQ places.
