“Ordered 2 dark roast coffees which apparently they don't make/brew after 11am. They made them for me anyway being there before 8pm. They made them doing a pour over process which is good. They were kind at the drive up window and kept us updated on the time. Then a different girl brought them to the window and handed them to us and we said thank you, but she just let the window slam close. She must've been the one going through the tedious pour over process! Sorry for ordering something from your menu without any unusual requests.“
“I always buy my meat at the Tom Thumb in Lewisville, TX, because they always have meat for sale at buy one, get two free. it's a brilliant marketing campaign, because when I go there to get meat, of course I buy other items as well. Whomever came up with the idea is a genius.“
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Waverly. She was amazing. I used my birthday reward on my birthday and pulled up to redeem my pickup order and I had it set to the wrong location. I was so bummed and she said, “It’s your birthday. We got you girl!” When I pulled up to the window they had a special message on my cup and she sang a birthday song. It was such a sweet thing to do for me and amazing that she went out of her way to honor it. Will always stop at this location now, simply because of the amazing staff. “I stopped by this location inside Target with my family members who routinely frequent this brand. They ordered their favorite snacks and drinks while I shopped for the family feast in the evening. I tried some of the offerings and it wasn't bad, but my family members swear to me that it is really good. I observed a clean location and attentive workers at this location.“
“I just went in (1-22-25, 9:45am) to get 14 $5 gift cards. The girl helping me was super sweet, I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink hair. She had to ask for help for loading the packs of gift cards, and the girl who helped was also super nice. I had my toddler in my arms, so she was just nice and patient with me, and I always love great customer service!“
“I came to this Starbucks to get my usual drink, the salted caramel cream cold foam cold brew, with a double shot of espresso, 2 pumps vanilla, 1 pump sugar cookie, 2 and a half scoops Java chips, heavy whipping cream, 12 scoops of matcha powered and 3/4 one packet sweet n low, the drink cam out great and Eric did it very speedy! I must say though I can clearly tell he put a little more than 3/4 of the sweet n low packet in my drink, overall great experience!!!!!“
“This Starbucks stays clean all day, the staff is polite and the drinks expertly made. There's tons of seating outdoors and indoors but the few comfortable chairs are short. Still, if you want a quiet spot to do your work or have an informal meeting, this is a very quiet spot to do it.“
“I rarely go to Starbucks but when I do I drive past 2 other Starbucks just to get to this one. The kids are awesome even if they do chat with everyone but I STILL LOVE IT. Miss Rachel is the best there and Janet if you let will come up with the best (coffee) concoctions ever.Also Bob is just chill to talk to. Best of all they know what they are doing“
