“Great tasty Brisket! Some of the best I have had. I like the casual feel and unique side dishes like the Lemon Kale Slaw. No, it’s not all kale. The small amount of kale adds a fresh “green-tasting” dimension to the slaw. I highly recommend Goldee’s!”

“Wife and I had dinner pre-Valentines, was seated immediately at our 8:10 reservation. Appetizers we had the garlic bread and cheese board which was served on a playing card sized serving plate. Very small portion, but is supposed to be so no big deal. The soups - French Onion and Champagne Brie Soup were both delicious. Now for the main course. My wife had the Dover Sole which was ok; have had better at another French bistro in town, but nothing to complain about. However, I had the Wagyu L'entrecote Steak Frites Deluxe... Steak and fries. Again, the steak was ok. Tender for the most part, tough in other parts. But the fries were a big disappointment. I guess my expectation was something elevated... truffle fries or Parmesan and parsley seasoned... something. But what I got was plate of soggy, uninspired fries. Perhaps unexpected too much, I don't know; I just expected more.

We finished with Tuile Aux Mures which was sublime. Fantastic in every sense of the word. Lastly, the service was exceptional!

Throw in a couple cocktails, a coffe... $269 after tax which is on par. 3.80 stars... let's round up to 4.”

“I took myself here for my birthday dinner last year! I still remember how lovely of a time I had — I was away from home and wanted to have a nice dinner but it was very important to me to find a place that wouldn’t make me feel odd for celebrating alone!

First, the food was delicious, of course. It was expensive, of course, but definitely very appropriately priced for the quality of the food and experience! As a college student, I wanted to find a place where if it was expensive, I knew it was not overpriced, and it definitely was not! The steak and other foods I ate were delicious! The wine selection was also great and their sommelier was excellent and well versed on the menu.

Second, the service was lovely and I felt very well taken care of on my birthday. I never was made to feel awkward, out of place, or unimportant. In fact, they made me feel very welcome and treated me with compassion and kindness — even excitement — for my choice to spend my evening there! They were so kind and friendly. I loved the employees I talked to.

And finally, the atmosphere was beautiful and very appropriate. It was not anything overly themed or special, but it felt very nice and refined, and tailored to the quality of the restaurant and food.

However it was his 13th birthday so we really wanted to celebrate. Pricing was decent spent about $50 meals were around $10/$15 range and found something really good to add to our orders. The Hot Sauce was the best! I’m not from New Orleans, but I visit several times a year and it is my favorite place to go!
I would say that SCDF is quite authentic. They have karaoke nights, live music, and other events. They even had Eggnog daiquiri flavor during the most recent holiday season.

“We reserved a party room for a Bridesmaid's luncheon last Friday. Reata does an A+ job. Working with McKynlea was a delight. We chose a limited menu, including several delicious gluten free choices. She sent me a sample menu ahead of time for my approval. Carae was our waitress and did an exceptional job. We also had a table in the main dining room for half a dozen of the husbands who insisted on coming to have the special tamales, and bison burgers! They too loved the food and had excellent service. I cannot recommend Reata more highly. We live several hours from Ft Worth, and are looking for more opportunities to come again! Thank you Reata staff for adding to our wedding celebration. “Our very first time to dine here. A very impressive spacious restaurant that accommodates many guests. They are very good at handling bigger groups of guests. Very family friendly. Two things I thought were especially good: they strive to source local and the menu is not overwhelming. The menu is designed to do a select group of entrees and do them very well. Although the menu is not huge there is something for everyone. The wall of whiskeys from all around the world was amazing. The service was top tier and all staff supported each other. We will be back.”

“True shout out to the owner of this pizza place. They handled a large cater order for my store. They don't open till around 11a but he was able to have our pizzas delivered to my location by 1130a. This is a really good pizza. My favorite so far is the supreme and the taco pizza with beef. Everything was so fresh and hot .”

And my drink (The Cortez, which smells like magic and tastes like heaven) was made with reverance and love. The ambience is so comfortable and easy. “I was traveling from Midland Texas and decided to stop by after our trip to the Ft. Worth Zoo. First, the atmosphere is amazing, I loved all the vibrant Mexican colors and decor. I also loved all the little neon signs which made great photo ops, lol! 😅 The service was fast and friendly, the staff were super attentive and accommodating. Now, the food was aaamazing! I felt like I was back in my hometown of El Paso, TX. I didn’t expect such delicious and authentic Mexican tasting food, I definitely expected something rather Tex-Mex but no, the food was beyond my expectations. The salsas were divine. 👌🏼 I had the brunch chilaquiles and they were delicious! 🤤 The price is fair considering the vibe, food and service. 10/10 and I highly recommend.
