“I stay less than 5 minutes away from this chipotle, so this location sees me plenty. In the past 2 years, everytime I’ve gone here my food and chips have sucked so bad. But TONIGHT! Whoever was in the kitchen tonight at 8pm, PLEASE keep them there. Thank you!“
“This is my go-to Chipotle, and it never disappoints! Every time I visit, I’m greeted as soon as I walk in, and the staff is friendly for the most part. The restaurant is always fully stocked, and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious.
I’m honestly shocked that the reviews for this location aren’t so good because I never have a problem here. My experiences have always been positive and consistent.
A few tips for anyone planning to visit: this location is on the corner near a busy intersection, so parking can be a bit limited. It also gets extremely busy during lunch hours, so plan ahead and be careful navigating the lot.
Overall, I keep coming back because the service and quality are great every time!“
“Oh my, the food is sooooo very good! Staff was super nice and place was so clean. Idk what the deal is with all these restaurants in Ft Worth but they all seem to play the music sooo loud, it's good music but can't hear yourself think let alone talk. Highly recommend.“
“Results might vary at different locations and different times and in different realities. In actuality this is the cleanest Chipotle out of all of the ones I’ve ever have been visiting. I even saw the guy cleaning the work surface., today. Wiping it down with rag. Unlike the one in Richland Hills, where he just put the rice back in the bin from the work surface. This the longest surviving one and although the work force may vary. I’ve had the least protests over all about this location.
Just keep that fridge stocked full please next time.“
“I have only been here twice, but both times something was a miss. First time they forgot my chips and I went thru the line. This last time (yesterday) I bought a medium drink and realized after that it was $3.10 really! Why is such a small cup so much money. I have been at restaurants that charge less than that and I at least get a refill.“
“My recent visit to Chipotle was not just about enjoying a delicious meal but also about experiencing genuine warmth and kindness from one of their exceptional employees. Let me introduce you to Omar, the embodiment of love and compassion in the fast-food industry. From the moment I entered the restaurant, Omar greeted me with a radiant smile that instantly lifted my spirits. Their eyes sparkled with genuine warmth as they welcomed me to Chipotle, making me feel like a cherished friend rather than just another customer in line. What truly stood out about Omar was their extraordinary capacity for empathy and care. They took the time to engage with each customer, not just to take their order, but to genuinely connect with them on a personal level. Whether it was asking about their day or offering a word of encouragement, Omar made everyone feel seen and valued.During the ordering process, Omar displayed remarkable patience and attentiveness. They listened attentively to my preferences and dietary restrictions, ensuring that my meal was prepared exactly to my liking. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. As I enjoyed my meal, I couldn't help but notice Omar going above and beyond to spread love and positivity throughout the restaurant. Whether it was offering a comforting word to a frazzled parent or sharing a heartfelt laugh with a regular customer, their genuine kindness touched the hearts of everyone around them.In a world where fast food can often feel impersonal and transactional, Omar is a shining beacon of love and compassion. Their ability to infuse every interaction with warmth and empathy sets them apart as Chipotle's most loving employee. In conclusion, my experience at Chipotle was made infinitely brighter by the presence of Omar. Their boundless love and kindness have left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot wait to return for another dose of their heartwarming hospitality.“
“Although it was before 9pm on a Friday they had no corn. When the person ask for two scoops of corn, yeah it’s gonna be a big deal if you have none with an hour left to be open. Yeah I’ll wait the 9 minutes to get my corn. And if it’s not too much trouble could you have the corn maker get on it next time instead of waiting 6ish minutes to start. Cause now my half made bowl is waiting on corn that’s gonna taken15 minutes at least not 9. Also comping thst corn waiter her bag of $2.50 chips would have even nice. Or offered a soda. Nope. Just wait the 9 + 6 minutes for your corn while you watch all of us clown around back here. Thank I’m not so sure I’ll visit this location again. When you pay what seems like $56 for a bowl and you have to wait over 15 minutes just to have said bowl completed is a turn off to ever come back. I mean get on it people. Corn it’s like the 3rd stein you can’t make it to step 4 without completing step 3. And the corn watcher needs to get better at being sure the corn is not empty again. You can’t spell chipotle without the co. Alright people. I would add a photo but by the time I got it I was too weak to pick up my camera I needed food and fast.“
“I've always enjoyed Chipotle food. I know some people are either freebies or Chipotle fans. I'm definitely more of a Chipotle fan. I like their pico and corn topping more than the toppings at freebirds. Sadly, this place is getting way too expensive, just like every other fast food restaurant. A bowl and drink was 20 dollars.“
“The manager at this Chipolte Jonathan is always so nice, pleasant, and patient. Any time I have been in and seen an employee possibly struggling or maybe looks a little stressed under pressure of long lines he steps and patiently helps the team member and trains them always with kindness. I have seen him there morming, noon, and night. And everytime he has the same positive, welcoming, moods to not only his customers but also his employees. Huge SHOUTOUT to him. Very rare in today’s fast paced world. Give that man a raise!“
“Honestly i went here a few months ago & was unhappy with the service. The staff made a big deal forcing me to order my food online. i didn’t mind but they were being nasty about it. Last night my bf and i came & the service was excellent. the guy making my food was so respectful and held a conversation. even the lady at the cashier as well. they really made our night just because of their mannerisms and how good they were at holding a convo. def enjoyed that crew 🩷“
“This Chipotle has a little hallway with the to the bathroom that allows for a bit more privacy if you're having a meeting. Otherwise it seems to be a very busy Chipotle with a lot of people picking up to go and a fair number of delivery drivers coming in.“
“I order about 3-4x a week via the chipotlane and I receive great service everytime. Shay was so on it today, she realized she didnt see my order. It did not process fully on the app, she took the time to make it right away. I am thankful for all the staff at this location, everyone is so pleasant.“
“THIS CHIPOTLE IS THE BEST ONE IN TOWN. The host there are very laid back and chill. I love the one (manager?) with the glasses and the hat, he always makes me smile, he’s very down to Earth. And they have the BEST. BARBACOA. EVER. Everytime time I go there, I request it. Because I know they have the best barbacoa in town. Always shredded to perfection. Love you, guys.“
“Beautiful bowl - they were generous and did everything I wanted. The meat was not good at all, though. Disappointing as that was, since the carne is delicious at the stingy chipotle’s, 4 stars for the service. The app said my order was ready but it wasn’t on the shelf. There was a line so I stood back expecting to wait, but one of the team members was with me right away.
Atmosphere was a 3 because when I walked in, I had to wait for a child to finish spitting in the trashcan before I could get to the counter. Perhaps he had the carne asada, too, but it was still a really gross sight. Glad I had mine to go.“
“It seems most people have no idea how the inflation has risen and expect big size food. I think, this place is reasonable with lot of space to sit outside and inside, good service and choices of food. My favorite is vegetarian bowl with guacamole, black beans and brown rice along with sour cream and veggies/sauces where i get the most value.“
