Not only did she do the exact style cake I showed her a picture of, the cake was amazing, moist and 1 of the best tasting buttercream we’ve ever had. Highly recommended, wish she were closer to where we live.“
“This is the best ice cream I have ever had! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I felt my sundae was more whip cream than ice cream and the fudge made the ice cream melt super fast. My boyfriend got the banana split and it looked a lot better for a slightly higher price. If I go back, I would get that.“

“We watched the line all morning til was what we deemed doable and were very happy we did. The staff was super friendly, muffins were huge and though my first pour wasn't hot hot like I like it, they traded for a super hot fresh brew with an apology and a smile. I'll be back for sure and won't be afraid of the line.“
“This is a MUST stop for anyone heading to Fredricksburg. These pies are so good your going to want to try one of everything. My favorite which I've had multiple times is the Buttermilk pie. It's like a mix between a custard and cream brûlée in a homemade crust. Whatever your choice of pie, you will Or be disappointed. Very friendly and they do have other items for sale.“
“Wow! Unexpectedly fabulous!!! Ordered a small cake for a small wedding, and picked it up the morning of. It was exactly what I ordered, and the quality was just excellent. Chocolate cake was dense but light, with a small crumb. Just the right balance between spongy and crumbly, plenty moist and just delicious. We had a chocolate cake with raspberry preserves filling, "naked" white icing and a chocolate ganache on top dripping down the sides. Perfecto.“

“This is the first H. E. B. that I've been to. Walking in we found Tommy in the produce section. He's an amazing example of the founder's mission and he represents the store and Texas incredibly well. We're so glad we stopped, and Tommy's the biggest and best reason.“
“Delicious slices of housemade pie in a cute old house with seating on the front porch. Check their website before going, as the friendly husband and wife team that runs the place sometimes takes a few days off. Coconut cream, buttermilk, pecan and peach pies are all outstanding. All slices are even better with a cup of their house blend coffee. For a slightly better value, locals pick up a whole or half pie to go (and yes, you can make a whole pie out of two different halves). We watched one lady load up a whole baby stroller with pie. Get there early for the best selection.“
