Food was great but due to their staff shortage there was a backup in service so the wait for food and after to get missing items was longer than normal.
Stopped with a youth group and they did a great job!! Thank you Nathan.

Chick-fil-A is a brand new restaurant with plenty of parking that supports large crowds. Visits can be ultra busy, with many tables full of teenagers, and management can be busy almost overwhelmed. Food is good and served hot, but can be served slow, and tables can be hard to get when the place is trashed with food and other trash under the tables and all over the floors. Service can be poor and unfriendly, with no ketchup for fries given. A mobile order took 20 min in line to get 2 jugs of lemonade and a 12 CT nugget. However, the restaurant can be clean and orderly, with staff friendly and appeared happy to be there, and very polite, cleaning tables as soon as guests finished and left. Food can be cold, but also correct and fresh, not to mention delicious. A drive thru conversation with a kind young man with real southern hospitality charm and genuine joy was excellent, and the food was excellent.
