“First time trying this place. It did not disappoint. We had the Thai Mango wraps, Vegetarian clay pot, and the mango stick rice. The wraps were cool and crisp, and the mangos added sweetness that was unexpected but very good. We asked for the spicy level of medium in the clay pot, but our tolerance of heat made it seem mild. Overall, the clay pot was very good. The mango sticky rice desert was plated very beautifully, almost too good to eat. But it was a very satisfying finish to a great meal. A bit of a drive, for me, but worth it.“

“Noodle Wave Frisco is outstanding. We love the Manager Z, and especially Anju and the rest of the staff. The cooks are amazing. There are several locations, but this one is hidden, but it is by far the best. If this store had a better location, it would be jampacked. Incredibly tasty food, and very good portions. Always fresh and delivered promptly. We travel greatly, but when in town we eat here several days per week. Such a great selection of meals. If you ever go there, you will be hooked. Thank you, Z and Anju and the whole team.“

“Absolutely terrible manager! Please avoid this restaurant at all costs if you value good customer service. I'm still in disbelief! We ordered around $170 worth of food. Our only mistake was sharing a few sips from my refillable cup with my friend. That's it! The manager overreacted, making a huge scene, even though I apologized and offered to pay for the additional drinks. We ended up paying for three extra drinks. I have the receipt to prove it. ** Yet, he still called the police on us! ** The police officer was literally laughing when we explained why the manager called him. Let me elaborate to make it clear that I'm not just biased against him. We were a group of six. Initially, we had a friendly guy at the counter who offered suggestions and helped us navigate the menu since we're not familiar with Thai food. However, the manager suddenly took over, removed the friendly staff member, and behaved erratically, as if he was drunk (though I'm not saying he was drunk). He refused to offer suggestions. When we asked like what manu is popular here, or what should we order, he said every time that thats our own choice. The waiter served our food quickly and then disappeared for the rest of our meal. He went out of the restaurant. The manager literally reminded us three times that the waiter was gone and that we should leave a tip on the counter for him if we wanted to. OMG!! It was as if it was a crime to start eating without giving a tip! When the manager noticed us sharing drinks from the refillable cup, he became rude and confrontational, saying it was against their store policy. I apologized and offered to pay for it, but one of my friends protested slightly, feeling humiliated by the manager's behavior. Then he got furious. He started shouting at us. We paid for the additional drink, didn't finish our food, and were ready to leave. However, I wanted to report his behavior, so I asked for his name. He refused to provide any information about himself or his superiors, repeatedly stating that he was the manager and the only one we could talk to. Then I tried to take a photo of him for our reference. He immediately called 911. He showed no respect or value for customers. This is not the kind of manager any restaurant would want! Absolutely the worst!“

“First time dining in (usually get delivery) , very nice atmosphere and service , best Thai I’ve had in the area thus far. Portions aren’t very big so if you’re a volume eater may want to go to Thai place on Stonebriar / DNT + it’s not as pricey there“

“I have eaten at the McKinney location several times and it is always awesome. Since I live closer to the Frisco location, I stopped today for take out. The food was not as good as the McKinney location. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken and today the sauce was not thick - like a glaze - as it is at the McKinney location. It was so thin it was like pouring water over the chicken. I was very disappointed! I hope the Frisco can do better with the sauce.“

“I recently returned to Yum Asian bistro in Frisco after ordering from a few other places that I thought were equally good or better. Their food quality has changed for the better. It was absolutely delicious. I’ve ordered takeout and also dined in. Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t. Lettuce wraps, Orange Chicken, Hunan Chicken and Kung Pao were all very good.“
