On this visit, I decided to enjoy (and I did enjoy it all) a Lavender Rose cappuccino and a pour-over using their Ethiopian beans (which was perfectly done), and to eat I had the Avocado Toast. It was one of the best I have had. I didn't think the one slice would be enough, but with the perfect amount of toppings, it was plenty to fill me up. Also, their flat white is a very enjoyable drink.“

My only complaint is that the hand written menu at the drive thru is way too small for me to read. I love that it's hand written but I wish they would hire someone to hand write a sign that fills their entire display case with the menu so I can read it without having to pull up the menu online before I go.“

“Honestly this place has some of the best breakfast and lunch. Everything the menu is homemade. The breakfast tacos are the best fresh flour tortilla. The owner is a very nice sweet lady who owns the establishment and works very hard to maintain. A well respected place you can come a grab a delicious bite. I have been coming here for 21 years of it was different management. Overall, if your in the Lockwood area and Armour Dr come shoe some love and check them out.“

The bobba pearls are so fresh made in there and they have a variety of flavors, non-dairy milk, you can adjust the level of sugar, and the employees are always super nice and quick in preparing your order. The place is also very clean and I sometimes use the tables to come and work while drinking my milk tea.
Before they existed I used to go to Pho Central to get my Bobby teas, now Idint even like the boba from Pho Central because I realized another place can do way better flavor-wise.“

“This place is beautiful and isn’t the biggest but is just right for a calm and peaceful environment. There are always different people there going to study, get a drink, or simply just chill. I have always gone here since I was little and especially since it is very local to me. This place has so many different drinks to offer but best of all Boba. The Boba tastes so good and chewy like no other that I have tasted. I have tried tapioca from different places but no place sticks to me like this one. It tastes so fresh and best of all doesn’t taste fake. The customer service is fast and great. The people don’t treat you like a customer but like family they are so kind and welcoming when you go there. I see the same older man every time I go, and he is always so cheerful and welcomes me and my brother so well! The food there is so good too. They have snack foods and a snack that can fill you like a meal. Everything is so tasteful and delicious you’ll never have a problem with anything. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to find a good Boba spot. This place is the best one!“

“Literally better tasting coffee than starbucks. The iced caramel latte with oatmilk is my fav. The matcha frappe is phenomenal as well and the iced chai with almond milk??? Yes yes yes and cheaper than starbucks. Haven't tried the pastries or desserts but they look so good. Even when the line is long and reaches the back door, we still get to the cashier fairly quickly. The coffee has a bit of a wait time if it's crazy busy but be patient! It's worth the wait. I've only waited long once out of all the times I went, can't blame them though. It was packed!“
