A service shout-out for Ozlem, she is always smiling and engaging other than the usual attributes if a Chick-fil-A associate. Also, manager Jessica went above and beyond when the Dipping Dots associate was in break, she managed to accommodate my 3 year old granddaughter that would have surely been disappointed for not have her well deserved treat when she ate her lunch, thank you Jessica, you will remember our conversation, you said I have the same name as your brother 😉“
