When we came in and ordered several entrees to go, the restaurant was very busy but Management and staff were working together and provided excellent service and the line moved quickly and efficiently. The whole team was friendly and professional and the food was fresh and delicious! We were very happy!!
Great food, just check your bags when picking up. They forgot our chips!
Came into Chipotle on a very busy Saturday afternoon on July 18th and there was 1 girl working the front and 2 in the back. The girl was super polite and friendly while there was a line of like 15 people. Kudos to her and her customer service! Love it!!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant that offers an array of delectable Mexican-inspired dishes. While the food and service are often praised, some reviewers have noted that the dining area could use more attention to cleanliness.
The restaurant is commended for its efficient and friendly staff, who work together seamlessly to provide a quick and pleasant dining experience. Customers have highlighted the kindness and professionalism of the team, with one reviewer even mentioning that their 10-year-old child noticed and complimented the staff.
However, some locations have been criticized for having dirty tables, overflowing trash cans, and a lack of attention to the condiment and drink areas. One reviewer noted that the tortilla chips were no longer as crunchy as they used to be.
Despite these minor issues, the overall consensus is that Chipotle provides a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. The food, particularly the steak burrito, is praised for its freshness and flavor. Customers express enthusiasm for the restaurant and look forward to returning.
