“I was looking for a small place to have breakfast and Primo’s did not disappoint. The seating area was just right for meet-ups, with Latin treatments on the windows and walls, and some paintings. Endless coffee was served all around me. I had the huevos rancheros and the serving size was more than the price would typically have indicated. I will definitely earmark this one for a return visit.“

The food was well worth the posted cost, and the service was good. The food came out it was more than enough at today's prices! We all order and even went back the following day! The citizens of Galvaston were very pleasant people, no strangers here! I ordered the lengua ranchera and was on point with the homemade flour tortilla! That will be our new spot for sure!

Parking: The parking is limited as well as the space. The locals know, and this place is jumping so early or mid-morning works best!“

The fajita street tacos and charro beans are my go to, and they never disappoint. They have tables outside also so you can enjoy the seawall during your meal.“

“I didn't at first like this place at all. Since they now have new owners and changed the name to: El Napolito 2 Grill it has improved tremendously. Old School decorated Mexican stone building shows its age, but gives character. Delicious crispy tacos, chicken in mole sauce, soups, etc. One thing I almost forgot to list is they had marvelous homemade French fries which you just almost never see anywhere anymore.“

“My husband and I came after a long day at the water park for a evening snack. We ordered two elotes and a watermelon agua. They were both delicious! The elotes had a perfect balance of mayonnaise and cheese. The location is right infront of the beach so the view is great. We enjoyed watching the helicopters land and take off. Although a bit over priced, it was a great refresqueria. We will be coming back.“

“So my friend and I were on our way to eat brunch at sugar and Rye. We were driving the inner roads and pennies caught my friends eye. We got done with brunch and headed over. It was close to close time, but so glad we stopped. They were out of fresh tamales so we got the frozen ones, oh my gosh!!! And the sauce, perfect!!! We got the last of the ribs too... really good. Can't wait to go back for more tamales and get some brisket and some banana pudding and cake...so ready!“
