“Food is super fresh and made to order! Fresh ingredients that are carefully prepared. The batter on the fish is light and crisp. Some of the best battered fish I’ve ever had. Definitely more of a grab and go place for us as the AC unit was down when we went. Keep in mind you will have to wait for your food a little bit and they seem to often sell out early. If you want to try them, get there when it opens. We felt it was worth the wait!”

“We enjoyed Both breakfast and later dinner at Blakes Bistro! Everything was delicious! We had a custom omelet, cinnamon French toast, breakfast croissant sandwich all of which came with crispy potatoes. Everything was cooked fresh and well portioned. For dinner it was 1/2 rack of fall off the bone BBQ Ribs, Baja tacos and kids cheese burger! The service was spot on from the hostesses, waiter‘s and Manager’s they all made our experience amazing. Super friendly and polite I can’t say enough y’all keep up the good work! We will definitely be back!”

We also had the watermelon and the strawberry lemonade agua frescas they were also very good and refreshing. “I went the Rum Shack this past Friday night to have drinks and listen to the the band, however there was no band playing and found out that there haven't been bands playing at the Rum Shack for several months. When Rum Shack used to have bands playing the place was always packed full of people. Regretfully, I had one drink then went to a diffferent location that had a band playing. Bring the bands band back, Dennis! Bands equal more people which equals more drinks being sold, right?”
