I heard one of the employees tell another employee that a lady in a curbside spot was having a bad day. Whenever she delivered her food to her, I noticed that the employee was praying for the customer. This blew my mind, as I had never seen this happen at a restaurant before. Very, very special. “Chick-fil-A was open since 0630am. Walked in around 1100am. Place was clean. Few customers then but quite busy drive thru & dine in business when i left. Counter Person tsking my order was friendly & helpful . Added ingredients to the Chicken Sandwich usually served with pickles only, waffle fries & a cup of Coffee which was good. Bill under $11.“

I was the only customer inside and although I was able to place my order immediately, the time I waited for my order was just as long as waiting in the drive thru! I'm not sure if it's possible to call in an order, like Dairy Queen but I might try next time.“

The one on Randolph AFB generally does a very good job, and they stay very busy during the lunch rush hour. Kind of depends on who is working the counter, but overall the staff is friendly and gets it done.“

i know there are issues with running out of food that people complain about, which is reasonable, but i understand that some items are popular than most and i think it’s quality meat.

i will say that customer service could be improved a bit. i won’t name anyone but there is a partner there that has a bit of an attitude and isn’t kind to new customers.

i like that there’s a big area to eat with fountain drinks. it’s a nice space for some good and affordable food!“
