“I normally don’t eat gumbo, but their’s is amazing. It’s very flavorful! It was plenty of meat. I also had fish, shrimp, and rat toes. The rat toes are always spicy. The drink I ordered was a Blue Mofo, and was strawberry flavored. 10 out of 10 for everything! Our server was AC. He was top notch! He was attentive and friendly.“

“Visited The Catch today and loved every bite! My food was hot, fresh, and super flavorful. I ordered a plate that came with catfish, bang bang shrimp, and etoufee, and my husband ordered a shrimp po boy. I also ordered a cup of gumbo side. Everything was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to return soon and bring friends. We also tried the free frozen Hurricane and it was okay. I prefer drinks on the rocks, but my husband enjoyed it. Great food and service!“

“Mostly fried food. The Boudain balls are soooooooo good. Everything I had was super crispy the French fries were amazing everything was hot and fresh! Definitely my go to spot. Can't wait to try the shrimp. I had the 3 piece catfish and we got salt and pepper fish nuggets. 9/10“

“I love the seafood it’s very good but the place really needs some TLC. The customer service and overall atmosphere have gone downhill. The long wait times were frustrating, and I noticed multiple customers leaving. There was no music, which made the space feel dull. Adding music could really bring some character back to the place & more communication from the servers to the customers. would hate for this place to close down due to lack of customer service & returning customers no longer coming back ,some cleaning would be nice same stains on walls and floors from the previous time I visited two months ago“

“One of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Whenever I am in town I always stop by this restaurant. And we usually order fried calamari and crab spinach dip for starters. Now main dish of choice depends of what we’re craving. Their lobster bisque remind me of home. They have huge portions (everything bigger in TEXAS) and great variety of seafood meals to pig out on. “The service was impeccable from the time we hit the door until we left. The music was the best of the 90s and 2000s r&b. Hurricane drinks were $8. Margaritas $5. Certain shots $5. They did a raffle that they do on Saturday nights and I won a 65in Samsung tv!!!!! The dj gave a shout out to my sister, the birthday girl. The food was on point!! We loved the charbroiled oysters for sure. Also the garlic butter sauce was a good choice. We will definitely be returning!!! Nothing but good vibes!“

“First glance I walked by Carl's food truck in front of Cidercade, not really wanting anything to eat but as I got hungry and his food smelling good, I gave it a try. THE BEST FISH AND FRIES IVE HAD IN A WHILE!!!!! Reasonable priced, not a long wait time, and a great portion of food plus Carl is a wonderful guy! He also blessed my friend's birthday with a slice of cheesecake and told her happy birthday. "The shrimp is so good I want some more!" is what my wife said we both enjoyed our meal. Would highly recommend to any/everyone who comes across his truck“

What was unacceptable was the BLARING VULGAR PROFANITY laced rap music, and the cars stacking up around the drive socializing and smoking pot so that you couldn't park, or even drive around to find a place to park. I brought it to the managers attention and he just became argumentative, and said this is what his customers want. No problem, we won't be back.“
