I have to say I really appreciate you … as a person As an employee for the neighborhood, McDonald’s you are young and I hope have a blessed future ?? “

“I don't often give McDonald's a 5 star, but this might actually be the best run McDonald's in Dallas county. My foods pretty much always as expected when I come here for lunch. My ingredients are properly spread on the burger, not stacked up in odd layers, I rarely get less than hot fries. And I rarely wait long to be helped or get my food. Staff has always been cordial and friendly.“

“Love McDonald's coffee & Big Breakfast with hotcakes. I don't get it often, but an occasional treat is ok.
Hotcakes are nice & fluffy, syrup is warm & not overly sweet.
Scrambled eggs & sausage go well together & you don't need to add additional salt.
Bisquit is fine, I'm not big into biscuits. But I would eat this one if I didn't have the hotcakes. So our dog gets to have a bisquit with peanut butter. You also get a potato cake.
It's a great breakfast meal.“

“This place is beautiful, the restaurant has a very unique design compared to other McDonald’s.
Eudalia really keeps the restaurant very clean and she is very nice and professional, she held the door open for me and my baby and is very sweet.

I will be coming back! I feel welcomed here😇“

“Have been going to this one for over 20 years . We usually get decent food and service here. Usually they get orders out quickly but we got there today right after the nearby high school let out. I would rather have hot, freshly cooked food and don't mind waiting a few extra minutes.“

“A Fast Food Review?

I rarely pause to review fast food chains, mostly because they’re household names and we all typically know what to expect from them. Then you come across one that stands out, like this McDonald’s in Garland.

From the moment I got out of the car, a kind woman named Claudia waved at us across the parking lot. They were having a back-to-school appreciation event that day.

We spun a wheel outside (I’ve learned this tends to happen on most Fridays) and my kids won a Happy Meal. What’s happier than a Happy Meal? A free Happy Meal!

When we walked inside to pick up our original order, we were greeted by a very friendly staff. From the janitor to the cashier, the manager, and everyone in between, everyone was chatty and happy.

Finally and most importantly, the Big Mac I ordered was perfect. Looked like the one in the commercials. I’m rarely in this part of town, but if I’m ever back, I know where my first stop will be!

Flip Side Review: As usual, desserts at McDonald’s don’t mix. My daughter ordered an Oreo pie, and we waited an unusually long time for it. Thankfully, we had nowhere to be, and the kids enjoyed time in the play area. On this particular day, a wonderful woman named Ranecia was braiding hair, and my daughter got hers done to pass the time. It turned out great and just made our day among all the cool things the kids experienced.

Took stars away due to the homeless visitors that could’ve startled my kids if they weren’t in the play area. If a constant problem I would suggest security on site.

“Went to pick up a mobile order this morning and one of the employees had the ordasity to drink out of my orange juice. Thank goodness my husband was in a hurry to get to work because I would have went back in there. I tried calling and got hung up on. What kind of person does that. People watch your order.“
