“Best Cheese steak in the Austin Area!“

“I'm sure you have heard about lunch or dinner in this quaint little corner of the Georgetown square, but we went for a work BREAKFAST! As a local business owner, I love to check out our local venues!

Atmosphere: Honestly when I was deciding where to have this meeting, I was looking for a cozy atmosphere. There are a million places with a commercial feel, but I wanted to sit in a historic room with a real wood floor while I sipped a latte and discussed a business plan.

Food: The quiche Florentine was amazing! Rye toast with homemade jam! Professional latte!

Service: Personal. Timely. Without pretentious comment.“

“Not too far off the beaten path, just off of highway 183 between Lampasas and Austin is this wonderful General Store which serves an awesome lunch. We always opt for the burger and fries with a soda pop of which there are many to choose from. We love the friendliness of the visitors who have welcomed us to sit at their table, when busy, and the shop keeper who takes our order and brings our meal to our table when we visit. There aren't many of these type places, and this is a gem worth visiting.“

“Never been to Texas and I visited with my family recently and had a young lady as my server named Alyx. She went absolutely above and beyond even though my husband was being extremely picky and the kids were were being loud. She made our experience memorable and I really hope to have her again when we visit. I will definitely be requesting her!“

“Highly recommend this Mojo Coffee location! Delicious hot, iced or cold brew options. SO much better than that brand out of Seattle. If you appreciate good coffee you will enjoy the Mojo experience. Staff has been super friendly and helpful EVERY time I’ve stopped here. Big fan!!“

“We've purchased from Niki's quite a few times and every time the food is fabulous. We are fortunate to have them in Georgetown. The taste of the food is great and the portion size is more than adequate. The food is prepared well and for the quality that it is, the orders are filled quickly. We always take the food home, as we live close.“

“I just want to give a huge shout out to The Yard milkshake bar in Georgetown. I ordered a big ol ice cream and I didn’t read the description correctly. It was on a slide show so I tried to read it like 3 times to make sure. Well I didn’t like it. I was just going to just throw it away and not say anything but the manager came by and asked how come I didn’t eat it and I told her. Well she ended up bringing me a whole other type of ice cream that I actually liked to make sure I had a good experience there! That’s what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “Hands down best pizza in Georgetown! the salads are good and burgers are delicious. Not a big floor but we dance anyway. I've had countless good times here. Wes is an amazing bar manager. have never seen a bar manager do so much so effortlessly and efficiently. I do wish the owner would keep it a little cooler in there.The pizza oven can keep the place too warm especially in summer. Roots being in a historic building, he should do something about the efficiency of the AC. Nevertheless it's my favorite hangout in Gtown.“

“A nice spot for lunch in Georgetown. We had a big group of 17 and the staff were happy to accommodate us : moving tables and chairs, etc. the food was good - what you’d expect for a diner. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in the area. Great prices too.“

“Me and my friends go here to study pretty often on Thursdays and are always welcomed with awesome service. Wish I knew their names, but either way all of the baristas in general are so sweet! The cafe is also always very clean and studying there feels so cozy and friendly right. The baristas are always very helpful when I’m not sure what I want to drink“

“The drink was on point, with the price being about average (seemed high until I remembered Starbucks pricing), the service was friendly. The only feedback I have is that the drive thru was confusing and there should be a clear communication of which drive thrus are being used.“

“The barista today working the mobile orders early am made my day! She motivated me to be more nice at work ?. Thank you for being so kind and helpful!I ordered my drinks to the wrong Georgetown Starbucks… I just went running and woke up at 5am before work today so I was a little winded and out of it… the barista made my drinks within 5 mins and told me not to worry about it. Wish I had cash on me to tip her. Give her a raise! She was so kind and so swift!! She was juggling customers walking into stores, the drive thru and mobile orders.“

“This was my 2nd time eating at Five Guys. The first time was years ago in a totally different city. But as far as this particular location (Georgetown) I will say the customer service was stellar. My order was shy of $20 and that was just for a plain and dry Grilled cheese with a patty and a large Cajun fry. Don't judge me, I'm really plain and simple when it comes to burgers. I honestly hated the fries and threw them into the disposal. They did give me a lot of fries and I mean alot. I got what I paid for with the fries. The fries were overly seasoned and a tad bit spicy. I just couldn't find a liking to them. The burger was good but not worth the amount that I paid. The burger was about the size of a McDonald's cheeseburger. I will not ever eat at another Five Guys again simply because I can make my own food (I was just being lazy today) or I can go elsewhere and get the full benefit of the amount I paid. Again, the customer service was good and everyone seemed nice. The manger was doing an interview I believe when I was there but he took time to acknowledge my presence. Oh, the restaurant was pretty clean. I did end up waiting about 5 mins for my order since they were waiting on the fries to be completed. I had placed this order to go via online, so I'm glad I didn't wait long at all.“

“I don’t leave reviews often. However the team at my hometown Jimmy John’s ALWAYS hits it out of the park. Very clean location, polite and friendly atmosphere-between the

“Another good Mayfield DQ. Small and compact inside but still plenty of seating. 4 tables outside as well. Tacos were nice and krispy and they were very generous with the tomatoes. Clean and professional. Onion rings were on point. Wish other Dairy Queens were run as good as these Mayfield ones.“
