“We have gone to this location many times and had wonderful service.
Today, the service was good, but atmosphere was odd.
When we walked in a guy and younger kid in street clothes and headphones were walking around the kitchen. They both walked outside, talked to a teenager in a car, then walked back in grabbed a cookie box. The gentleman in street clothes was about to fill his own order with no gloves or spatula, but An employee( female) walked up and said “ I will do it”.
It’s very possible that he was an employee off the clock, or someone spouse.
It just didn’t give the best vibe of people in street clothes walking around the kitchen.“

“This is my new go-to froyo spot in Cedar Hill. Only eight froyo flavors, but unlike Menchie’s (the other froyo shop in this same center) the flavors are much more to my personal preference. But even more important, which to me is paramount for froyo, the temperature the froyo comes out of the machine is frosty cold. Menchie’s comes out already melty. I love my froyo super frozen. Several options in the nut family for toppings. Two container sizes to choose from, 16 and 20oz. Parking is easier than Menchie’s as it’s closer to the open lot. I drive an F350 dually, so I appreciate regular parking lots over head-in store front parking spots. Although it does have plenty of head-in parking as well. Owner is very kind and often behind the counter. His presence is quite pleasant. Customer service is always great and the store is immaculately clean!“

“The young lady name tag said Mia absolutely loved how cheerful she is greeted every customers that came up to order & she let other know she would be right with them! She was seemed to stay very calm and professional even when it got busy and being the only one up front! I love the food here so my family and I come here often, but she is the only worker I have ever seen here that just went above and beyond! & when it began to get slow she stayed busy cleaning and wiping down the front area and ice cream area!! 🌟🌟🌟this young lady needs a rise!🌟🌟!!! “Good enough experience with the drive through in the late evening hours. I like that they’re open till midnight most nights. Can’t go wrong with a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard! (I believe the prices for the Waxahachie location are higher than the nearby Red Oak one though….)“

“I know some people will have different experiences. Mine was good, went for my kiddos. Just a blue coconut sno cone, flavoring was good, shaved ice was good, no complaints. They are cash only, and it looks like they do have alot of flavors but some are marked out so maybe they are in the process of changing/adding to the menu.
My other kiddo just got plain shaved ice and she loved it.
We would definitely come back, our wait time wasn't long, also we went on like a Monday, so it seemed steady but we didnt wait long.“

“Some of the best snow cones in the city!! The prices are more than fair too. I always get a small (12oz, $2.25). The ice is so soft and refreshing, not a single chunk of ice. The cone on top is a pretty decent size too, I’d say it adds about 4 more ounces to the snow cone. 10/10“

“I generally have a good experience at this Dairy Queen. The ice cream is good, and while the prices are a little unreasonable, that’s pretty standard for all Dairy Queen locations, not just this one. One bummer is that the hours posted seem to be incorrect.

I tried swinging by around 11:47 on a Saturday. Yes I know that’s close to closing time… But I was craving ice cream. Lol and that’s why stores have posted hours…

They were totally closed. As in no one even left in the parking lot. So, aside from having an accurate hours posted online, I recommend this place. :-)“

I wish I would’ve gotten her name but the lady working drive thru who took my order & payment was super polite & professional in a way I can appreciate. The young man who handed me my ice cream in the second window was also professional & polite. After he handed me my ice cream he told me to have a good night & all I did was smile & then drove away. I just want to say I am so SORRY!! That was so rude of me! I always say it back! I felt like such a punk. I really am sorry for that. But again, this Braum’s is definitely worth 5 stars. My chocolate chip sundae was freaking bomb and so was the customer service! 👏🏼 thanks y’all!“

“Shout out to Alyssa the manager at sonic on main! I went for a strange request. My Father has Alzheimer’s and has stopped eating. However, if I bring him sonic he’ll eat! The staff in memory care suggested getting the bags, French cups, and drinking cups to put his meals in as to possibly prevent more medication! I was willing to PAY FOR IT! Alyssa was very kind and gave us 20 sets!!! To the franchisee, keep this lady!!! Also wanted to let Midlothian know how truly caring your staff is!!! Thank you Alyssa!!! P.S. she also brought out dome lids for the cups I forgot to ask her for!!! That’s why we love living in a “SMALL TOWN” we take care of each other!
