I don’t go to ChicFile very often. But since the revamp I’ve now gone twice. And both times I’ve had something wrong with my order.
Cobb Salad with Fat Free Honey mustard.
The first time there was no egg in my salad. Went and asked for some and had 3 employees just stare at me and made me feel like they were trying to figure out if I was telling the truth or not. 10+ min later I finally got my prepackaged sliced egg.

They are doing away with the playground to "enhance drive-thru." If it's like other locations, then it's no longer child friendly, and the drive-thru is terrible. Making employees stand outside to take your order instead of letting you look peacefully at a menu.
