“I live this little Starbucks kiosk in Kroger's. They're always so friendly and the baristas know what they're doing! Even with a.full sized Starbucks in the parking lot by the highway, I still prefer the kiosk because it's quicker and way more convenient.“

“been going here for 2 years bc i kinda sorta have a lil addiction. so this review is long overdue. after a while the staff had noticed I came often and coincidentally my name happens to be Angelina (which 3 of the workers there have the same name) so we bonded from that. S/O to my Angelina’s working there then even more staff began to talk to us often, now i feel like the whole store knows me. they literally take time to wave at me thru the window and multiple people will come and say hi to me. I speak to them briefly about their day and life. It actually makes me SO happy and I feel like more than a customer. I genuinely consider everyone there to be friends of mine.
people can complain about their drink all they want- truth is they do the best they can and 99% of the time just go based off of starbucks recipe and rules- so get over yourself! be kind to my people!!! I haven’t met one rude person or experienced bad service.
