“This was our first visit to the south 161 location. It was very welcoming and clean. The employees were polite and professional. The food was one of the better Jumbo Jacks I've eaten in a long time and I love the taco's. It was a great experience.“
“I've never understood why this location that is extremely busy is always lacking extra help. The location is clearly popular and successful, you can pass by it, day or night and there's always a line.Even before the renovation, I've been coming to this Jack for over 14+ years now. I've seen many employees over the years and it's always the same. It's SLOW, so slow and it's because they're understaffed. They've always been understaffed.Literally, 1 employee can be running the register, cooking and making the food, packaging it and giving it out, also they do drive thru. They do it all. They need more help. It's messed up for them. I'm sure they're stressed.“

“For a fast food restaurant, this place, along with their restrooms were exceptionally clean. The food was great, the service was great and we only had to wait for our food a very short time.
Parking: Their parking lot is kind of hard to navigate with the unique shape of it.
