“Our hostess and cashier Ashley told me this job was new for her, but her customer service skills were very refined. She might well have been doing this work for 20 years.When I asked for a little bowl of meat treats for my service dog, she gave me lots of options and made me a super little bowl of chicken and bacon at a good price.I found her a lot of fun to talk to and she gave me good information about the local area.I have trained customer service people in major corporations and in grocery stores. I would hire her in a heartbeat.“

“I have been to a few Subways, but I must say that this one left me impressed. As I walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean this place was. Every single table was wiped cleaned. The food line was all in ordered including all the chips, straws and cups. The bread looked fresh and all the vegetables as well. The only employee I saw was very attentive. He took care of my order and then I went on to enjoy my meal at one of the tables. Sub was great and well I took photos in case people think I am doing just propaganda. Last, but not least, the restroom was impeccable. It had paper towels, toilet paper and soap. Congratulations to this team for doing a great job on this business. See you on my next visit and review. I like to review businesses because is the only way they can improve and we can enjoy a better service next time.“

“This little gem is in the Pharr City building, and we missed it the first time by but so glad we turned around and found it! The sandwiches are made especially for you using the freshest ingredients. We had the Pharr Club, Grilled Cheese, and the Florence. I'll post pictures, but they only show half the sandwiches because I forgot to take a picture as soon as they were brought to the table! The corner restaurant is clean, modern, and bright. Prices are reasonable. The soups looked great, but we didn't try them today. Special drink today was the pineapple lemonade and is refreshing. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!“

“Got a #17 which was delish and tried the watermelon tea which was amazing also. Unfortunately they did not offer whether I wanted any condiments/toppings on the sub they rolled it and rang it up so it left me a little confused as to whether I can put lettuce tomato etc..“

“First time visiting. It was during my lunch break; good thing i have an hour. Everything is made when you order so expect to wait a while if theres other people ahead of you. The Steak and Cheese sub tastes like the Subway Steak and cheese melt sandwhich. Its great that they have different sizes to choose. I did enjoy the sub very much and would recommend this place if youre not in a rush.“

“Three of us came here for lunch after googling “healthy food”. We all got salads, also I got cucumber lemonade which was good and one of us got the fideo soup. All really fresh and good. It’s important to have this healthy option available, well done!“

“I bought the Fiesta Sandwich, and it was also my first time trying sourdough bread which was pretty tasty but I definitely would want to try their pizza. “The food was delicious but I better took it home because most of the staff is zero professional. This girl Cinthia, I think her name was, was playing and flirting with other employees (badly spoken). I had to repeat my order 3 times because this girl was not paying attention, she was more attentive to what was happening behind. I swear I was going to complain but the manager of this location was also a participant in the probe and what good was it. Zero professional ethics are followed by the staff, that's why they do that. I feel like they even make comments about customers and make fun of them. I will not go to this location again. ALWAYS NATURALLY CHECK WHO THEY HIRE OR TRAIN THEM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.“

“Well I am always satisfied with my food from here . I was greeted when I arrived. The young men that were so there were polite and efficient with taking my food order . I was craving this cheesesteak so badly I didn’t remember to take a photo of my sandwich, next time I will . If you’re from Philadelphia like I am and we have that live for our city and food this will not disappoint you .“

“This Subway is a really good place overall. I do have a few gripes about it and it's that the location is somewhat inconvenient. There is one entrance along Ferguson/495 that is just a foot past the intersection and another on the Northbound frontage road (Cage Blvd). That, and the Meatball Marinara here lack a little marinara. Other than that, pretty okay place.“

“Came in and tried the sammiches was good as always a bit pricey but was good food.It was good. the only thing was disappointed on the full-size Nachos it isn't worth the price, or should I say you don't get your moneys worth. They are a bit shysty on the ingredients to the nachos. 1st, the chili was very shysty, the avocado much needed to be diced on the dish, yet it was not enough for the dish. They forgot the sour cream, too, had to ask for it. The photo explains for itself the presentation to it is not that great. And this is a shareable dish...nope it isn't. As far as the sandwich was pretty bland, I don't understand the concept on the juice (sause) they give you. I have to dunk the sammich, and it's there not a great flavor. Actually, get rid of this one and bring back the Big Nasty sammich McAllisters.it is similar. Just add gravy instead of this salty water consume. The portion on the potato salad speaks for itself to see what I mean by shysty. Overall, I think it's a bit too much for the prices either. That just serves a better portion for the cost, yall.“

“Have been to many subways all over texas but by far my all time favorite is this subway. The store manager is a great sandwich artist and does an EXCELLENT job. I order through the subway app often and pick up in store and she always goes above and beyond preparing and labeling the sandwiches. The subs are always extra toasted as requested and they always taste phenomenal. Many thanks to the staff and management at this location for having pride in their work and consistently producing great, well made subs! Definitely recommend visiting this location!“

“Hadn't had an issue when dining in. Sadly, today we picked up a to go order and the sandwich was not made to specification. Not the end of the world and if you're wondering, I didn't go back and complain. I know the staff has a lot on their plate during the lunch hour. As posted in the pic, the receipt says toasted; my sandwich was not toasted. I won't mention the parking situation besides saying it's limited. Extremely limited. I do recommend you visit this establishment though as the food is always fresh and the staff is very polite & helpful.“

“First time trying this place. I order the chicken salad combo. It was good, but it was missing some flavor. I think maybe salt. ? I loved the salad for sure. I can see myself going there again. I think the drink I got was water with cucumber and another fruit. The water still hadn't gotten the flavor so I traded it for the cucumber lemonade. Now that tasted much better. Friendly staff and fast service.“

“Good food and the staff is great, got served by a gentleman by Carlos, really helpful and doing an amazing job, he had what I assume was an online order with what looked like 3 sandwiches and he was amazing doing the online order and taking our order as well and he did not loose a beat. And got all the orders right and even have me suggestions on my sandwich. Keep doing a great job and thank you for giving great service“
