“The second picture is from the first time that I have ever ordered the garlic Parmesan pizza sauce, I had extra hamburger, Italian sausage, and onions. IT WAS AMAZING 🤩❤️.
I told my daughter and she tried the Philly cheese steak one so I had to try that one. I ordered that today but ordered extra cheese steak and as you can see no extra cheese steak not even under the cheese. I did call the store, the guy was nice. All in all the garlic Parmesan sauce is the best and never will I order a pizza without it.

I don't remember what my friend god but she loved it as well. The bread was so good we ate so much and couldn't finish our food! It heats up well ;). “The food is very good compared to other pizza buffets that I won't name names but you know who I mean ?. The pastas are delicious, they are just right and the sauces are delicious. But my FAVORITE IS THE SPICY PASTA.. (I will add Ham from the salad bar and Steamed Vegetables and you will have a unique dish.) “Placed a mobile order and as I was coming to pick it up, my blood sugar randomly bottomed out! Got here and my pizza wasn’t out of the oven yet but the manager noticed something was wrong and asked if I was okay! When I told him, he told me to take a cake and go sit down. I tried to pay for it and he wouldn’t let me. And as usual, the food is the bomb! My pizza wasn’t perfect!“

“I came here 08/12/25 , and totally forgot to write a review on how great Bryan was ! I didn’t remember until I was thinking about going back because of how sweet he was to customers.

I haven’t stepped foot into a cicis pizza for a whole decade. Im 22 now & my boyfriend and I decided to bring our nieces to give them the same nostalgia we had growing up. Bryan made sure to make us feel welcomed from the moment we walked into the establishment and throughout. Offering us help when we needed and checking in on us to make sure everything is okay.

It is so rare now-a days to run into employees who are super down to earth and treat guests as family.
Bryan, I hope your hard work doesn’t go unrecognized! He needs a promotion for sure.

“We held my husband’s birthday here at TO 3 last weekend and the staff was so accommodating for a large group of 20. Our waitress Kathy was so sweet and so tentative. Our whole group had a really good time and enjoyed the food. They also had clear walls up and heaters around the patio so you could still enjoy the outside views. 10/10 👌“

“Justin is the best employee that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I placed an order earlier and called because my pizza's were burnt. Justin explained that the lights had gone out and thought the team members had remade my order. He apologized for the issue and immediately put two new pizzas in the oven. About 40 minutes later he called stating that the driver hadn't taken my order to deliver and personally delivered the pizzas himself. What could have been a bad experience was saved by an employee who truly understands customer service. Thank you Justin, for all you do!“

“Wow, the new dine in restaurant is really nice, no more waiting in a narrow walk-in space in their old location in the same center. It is really nice to have a leisurely lunch in their new shop.“

“I've actually eaten here several times in the last two years. I'm usually so hungry, I forget to take pics and do a review, most of my visits to this location was because I had family in the hospital and they wanted something other than hospital food.I've never been disappointed with them until yesterday. Let me explain: The food was great but the young lady that used to work the drive thru wasn't there, and the guy that took her place, although he wasn't rude, he also wasn't as friendly. He was in work mode though and as an ex supervisor, I would of been proud of him for that.As an aging, disabled woman, who doesn't get out of the house much, I enjoy getting to know people, when I do. So, a little disappointed with the lack of conversation before my food was ready. The last girl, who worked the drive thru, she was in her early twenties, had just moved in with her new beaux, had a bandage wrapped around her hand from a third degree burn she got from work. So she talked to me about the hospital and was genuinely interested in getting to know me too. That was nice, since I have a daughter her age.The only other thing I was disappointed with was when I got home and opened the bag, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. The sandwich tasted great as usual, once I pulled it out of that wrapper, which reeked of cigarette smoke. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke, so it made me start coughing. That's never fun. Other than that, the turkey bacon club was delicious, the tea was excellent and the jalapeno chips were awesome! ??I've never eaten inside this location, so I couldn't tell you many facts about it, but when I drive by the windows, it looks very clean inside.As hot as it gets in Texas, it's rare to find a restaurant, with good tea that hasn't soured. So a good, cold glass of tea, was what keeps me coming back to this location.I do wish they had one closer to my house. Both Schlotzsky's near me are over 10 miles from where I live. That don't sound like much, but in Houston traffic, 10 miles could take 45 minutes to drive. It literally took me an hour and 12 minutes to get there and back. That being said, they're worth the drive. Hope y'all enjoy the pics, and have a very blessed day!

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and a ramp to get up the sidewalk. I don't recall seeing automatic doors, so it would be advisable to bring someone with you to open the door, if you're in a wheelchair.“

Today was the first time we used the pick up window ? not ever again ? we sat in a line for over 30 mins and no one ever came to the window, we was 3 cars back with 3 cars behind us the car at window finally pulled up and went inside, then someone came to window and disappeared for another 10mins we couldn't pull up or back out of line my husband got out of the truck and went inside got out pizza but we still had to sit there till they got the person in front of us's pizza .... Grrr. Never again!“
