“We love this restaurant. It’s been a Highlands staple for longer than I’ve been around. Portion sizes are awesome Carla and her crew are wonderful. Dad eats there quite often and don’t sleep on the fish special. The fish nuggets are amazing and the perfect way to enjoy this type of fish. :)“

“This place has good seafood. I had a dozen oysters on the half shell, and they were nice and fresh. After we had the Texas Mini which is two catfish filets, three shrimp, and fries. Their fried fish and shrimp are so good the batter they use on the fish and shrimp. A couple beers to top it all off. Sorry I'm not much of a picture taker. So you'll just have to try it yourself.“

To not have discovered this little 💎 of a place sooner than a few months ago is beyond me & they’re right around the corner from our house, lol. Everything from their homemade tortillas to frijoles al la charra 🫘 gorditas 🥙 to tacos 🌮 to sopas to menudo 🥘 & top notch customer service is 💯 & overall it’s just worth every cent spent! “bought 5 lbs on 3-3-26. They were delicious and the meat was flavorful unlike other places in crosby where the spices are sprinkled on the outside when they come out the water. They were a nice size and $8/pound which is the going price (if you mention you saw 5 lbs for $40 on FB.) I will definitely be going back real soon.“

“We had a group of nine people and when we sat down we were greeted and gave drink orders. Family visiting while eating chips and salsa. Ordered food and it was ready and delivered to NINE people still hot and fresh. The service was better than any place I have ever been with EIGHT MORE PEOPLE. The food is fixed by real Hispanic cooks and was delicious.“

I tried the large fried shrimp, fried scallops, fried squid, hushpuppies and fries. They were ALL delicious!
I was really surprised at how good their crinkle fries were! Their corn/Jalapeno hushpuppies had a great flavor as well.
Highly recommend this spot for some good seafood and Cajun delights. 💯“

“The food was delicious, I ordered the lobster ravioli and the steak rosemary ravioli as well. The quality of the food was amazing. But for $16 dollars I only was given 3 ravioli and a lot of sauce. That's not what I was expecting. I can go to Magiano's Little Italy and get more food for my $ Dollar with the same great taste. If I can suggest, if you're going to charge so much. At least give the people more than just 3 ravioli for $15 a plate.“

“I only eat ancestry food Monday Thur Friday I don't eat on Sunday's but Saturday I order this like it was my last meal I eat this almost every Saturday my advice is to get it ordered Thur doordash of some other service app because you get it more fresher compared to ordering it inside the store because they wouldn't want to cook 4 pieces of chicken when they have some that been sitting under the heat when I got my chicken delivered to me it was so hot and fresh I almost drop the box I don't mind repeating that experience love that this chicken taste like between KFC& Popeye's you want to wrong also check out YouTube they have food critics you can go and check out to hear there opinions and experience about this product“

“I had a very great experience at this location , I never been here before .good food , good vibes , I came in Sunday evening and ordered , food was fresh and the waiter I had named Sheila was awesome her service was excellent, she was very attentive and helpful with the menu , I don't know what was the best option and she gave me great options , she had a smile the whole time and her presence was pure . You don't get many waiters that are kind like that .I will be returning! Had a blast 😃“
