Hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in Houston. Have been coming here regularly for a few months. Shocked to find out it's been open for 40 years . I've been missing out. Give this place a try if you want to try some authentic chinese food.
The absolute best steamed vegetable dumplings. It’s worth driving across Houston for them.
Food is always hot and fresh. Service is always nice and friendly.

Dumpling King is a restaurant with great food, located in a convenient spot with fast service. Customers appreciate the quality and quantity of the food, finding it worth the price paid. The chicken and chive dumplings are a popular choice, along with other dishes like mapo tofu, shrimp fried rice, and garlic chicken. The steam pork purse is a longtime favorite, best enjoyed with jalapeño, ginger, and chili oil. The interior is pretty old, but the food is fantastic, authentic, fresh and well prepared. The steamed vegetable dumplings are superb, and the vegetables in white sauce are delicious. The food is definitely home cook. The rolls are super yummy.
