I’m typically not one to review but after what I experienced this evening, I could not resist. I have been coming to Hanks for years & have always received excellent customer service. In short, our initial waitress walked out & quit in the middle of servicing us. The manager, Supreme, picked up where she left off & was absolutely wonderful despite being verbally harassed by another customer. He handled the situation so well! When we first walked in, we were seated by the hostess to a booth near the bar. The restaurant wasn't super packed, but the shift manager (Chantelle) ended up being the person who was serving us our orders for the evening.She suggested the frozen spicy mango cocktail for starters, which was delicious, and a cup of seafood gumbo and 1/2 dozen oysters on the halfshell as appetizers.
