Kolaches are seriously addictive. I eat these every morning when I'm in Houston. A Kolache is this very soft roll filled with various food items such as Brisket, bacon egg & cheese, chicken enchilda or spinach to name a few. In addition to savory fillings, there are sweet options too like danish or cinnamon twists. First time stepping into a Kolache Factory. I've had they food in the past but never picked it up myself. I was surprised with the number of options they had available at 6:30am. The staff was friendly. Everything was priced just about you would expect. One thing I did like was I was asked if I wanted them warm.
