Local Foods - Rice Village

Excellent vibes and atmosphere, it was a large restaurant but with the setup it felt like each table was secluded and private. The food was good, tasted good, but a bit eclectic for my liking (the waffles had an odd pumpkin flavor to them, reminding me why I prefer Christmas to Halloween).Staff was kind, restaurants were clean. You can’t go wrong here.

This is an excellent dining spot conveniently located near my office and adjacent to my gym. As a seasoned realtor familiar with the area, I wholeheartedly endorse Local Food in Rice Village. Today, during lunch with my colleague, we indulged in a flavorful green pozole and a delightful seafood salad. Moreover, if you seek a tranquil setting, they offer a fine selection of wines to complement your meal. Highly recommended!

I have been here a couple times with the family, but felt I need to share my review after an exceptional experience. I loved my Asian Chicken Salad and everyone else enjoyed the meals they ordered. I also loved how they had so many vegan options and they readily handled adjustments to the menu. The french fries we shared as an appetizer were also incredible. The food was brought out to us quickly and the service was incredible. Looking forward to our next return to Local Foods!
