The staff is friendly, polite, efficient, welcoming, and accommodating. The food is delicious, hot, fresh melt perfection with great flavor. The Tattooed Chicken Club was a favorite, and the persto grill chilled cheese combo was great. The Monster Melt has good flavor, and the Hot Mess Fries have good flavor with fresh cheese curds, though the gravy is a little too much. The Philly stake burger is really good, and the standard burger is great, with patties cooked well, very melty cheese, and fresh buns. The tots are golden brown, crispy with a fluffy texture. The ratios of veggies to cheese are just right. It is a great spot for a delicious and indulgent meal, definitely worth it.
