Not a good experience! Asked for my sandwich well done and got it burned. The lady making sandwiches was using the same knife to scrape the conveyer belt and cut sandwiches. I told the sandwich maker it was too crispy and she just smiled! Won't be back!
The food is always hot and fresh and the service is fast.

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is one of the cleanest restaurants. The manager is active and involved. The food is prepared with high quality and tasted great. The staff is super friendly and provides good customer service. The young crew is professional. The food is as good as it always has been. The only drawback is the price, as it felt like they doubled their prices. A small pastrami sandwich is available. This is a great location and a must eat.
