The food surely did not disappoint. I had three barbacoa corn tacos and an avocado side. Delicious. The beef was very flavourful. The green sauce was very spicy for me so a tiny bit goes a long way. I love it. Simple food but full of flavour. Avocado nice and smooth. Just delicious. Good tacos and cheap! Hidden gem and if you know; you know! It is cash only and they are quick. Definitely the place to stop after the club or if you're in the area and need a quick bite.
I've been eating at Tacos Laguna since 2021, I will say the #2 is not as good as the other one they had off 288 for the longest time. $1 tacos, can't beat that! Their staff is formidable but the food would taste most authentic with REAL Mexicans preparing the food: they always have Honduran or Cuban preparing the food... which is OK but as a Mexican myself, it is quite insulting.
