I grew up in Lafayette and New Orleans Louisiana. So I am a huge fan of Cajun food in the Cajun way. While the food at this restaurant was good, it’s equivalent to someone from Mexico coming to Texas and trying Taco Bell and being asked, “well does it taste like authentic Mexican food?”. So Happy to have this place close by. The etouffee is my favorite- crawfish or shrimp. Both yummy! I usually get the half and half- fried and etouffee. It's not a fancy place. You order at the front and sit where you want. Simple place, good food.
