“The Night Crew...Lakia and Jocelyn goes over and beyond to assure the orders are correct before finalizing, the lobby was fresh, clean, and looks well maintained ! Marlon was all over the place making sure he assisted wherever needed to help with customers orders as well as make sure there was something on the TV satisfactory for customers to enjoy while dining in ! Samuel and Alex did well with my order, literally cooked to prefection ! The staff is energetic, shows great hospitality, always willing to do more if needed, and food orders are always hot, fresh, and as requested ! Amazing job you all...keep up the great work 😊“

“I’ve been to this Wingstop many times because It’s near me and I loved the customer service that I got today with My mom and sister. I’ve never heard anyone that would welcome us in till now, whoever the employee is that gave us extra Ranches with our meal today that we didn’t have to pay extra for needs a raise and more pay for what they do because I really appreciate the hospitality and the food today was really good and the fries were to my liking, not too soggy or crunchy and the boneless I had today were not too saucy today. Only, complaint that I have was it was kind of packed today and there was a lot of people and it was making me anxious because I prefer a quieter and more relaxed setting than a loud one and the table that my family were sitting at was dirty and someone left there disgusting napkin afterwards.“

“Im always greeted by a staff member as soon as I walked through the door. There were a good amount of people already in line so the manager came out to man a cashier and helped expedite the order process. Even though very busy, with many people in line and the phones ringing non stop, they managed to attend to everyone in a professional manner and stay courteous and friendly. Some complained of the length of time for the wait of their food but the food is made to order when the order is placed if you're ordering at the counter. It takes @ 20 min or so for the food to be cooked properly and it comes out hot and fresh. The food was prepared the way I ordered and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant even as they are responsible for clearing your table at the end of your dining experience. I have dined at other locations but I personally drive the 20 minutes from my house, (although my local Wingstop is less than a mile away) because I feel the flavor and service here makes it worth the drive to me. I always recommend this location to people when I have the opportunity to do so. All in all, a 5 star experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Parking: Located in a strip mall on the corner of Broadway and Bellfort, there is plenty of parking even during heavy traffic hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of designated parking spaces for the handicapped and a few access ramps to the walkways fronting the strip mall.“

“Not only was the food immaculate, the customer service was through the roof. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would. The food was quickly brought to our table and it was properly cooked and hot. The fries were perfectly seasoned and flavorful, and the pricing was good for 5 people. There is also 5 TV’s around the place. All of them show live sports like American Football,Basketball and etc. The tables and soda machine were clean. In my opinion this place is a the best fast food restaurant I’ve been to.“

“I have been going to this location for almost 2 years, and my orders are always on point, but the workers usually seem very tired.

Last weekend, I was very pleased with the service that YAHIR provided to me. After picking my order, I had questions regarding rewards, and he really took his time to explain everything clearly to me. Although it was almost time to close, he was very respectful, smiled the entire time, and made sure to guide me step by step on how to get access to my request.
I usually don’t care about leaving reviews, but after going to this location for 2 years, my experience last time was amazing, and I think it’s important to acknowledge people’s good work, dedication, and kindness.“

“I love it here. A girl with blonde hair assisted me I missed her name but she was in a different uniform from others. “I came in around 6pm on a Thursday and it was very clean. I have a photo without people in it but there were at least 6 people eating prior to the photo.

Staff was polite, there was worship music playing which I appreciate. It was not chaotic. I go to another near by location and it’s not at all like this one.

My 15 pc combo & 10 pc hot honey & garlic parm wings looked like plain wings, with no seasoning on them whatsoever, my fries were cold, and I didn’t receive no ranch with my order. I drove back over to the Westheimer location and calmly explained to them what the situation was and Mr. Haywood, the store manager, greeted me politely and immediately asked me what was the issue and insured that he could resolve the issue. They're really out here cooking like they're going to eat it-- it's so good! Their fries are PERFECTLY seasoned, and so are their chicken strips! I've never had any experiences with roaches, and the staff & customers in this area are generally just nice & sweet for some reason. My husband and I arrived not really familiar with the menu and he helped us make choices for our flavors by giving a small sample of the sauces we were considering so we could know what we got before purchasing. He was also great in letting us know about the Monday/Tuesday 70¢ special saving us a few bucks.“

“Wings are crispy and flavorful. I love the hot honey rub. The tenders and boneless wings are good too but I will always get traditional wings. Fries can sometimes be on the colder side but not that big of an issue for me. The ranch is my favorite thing ?. Sometimes the ice machine is down but the staff is very on it. They will do their best to yet your order for you as soon as possible.“

“I had ordered spicy lemon pepper wings through phone because I wanted to let them know I wanted the wings mixed rather than just some hot and some lemon pepper. It wasn’t an actual human being answering, it’s a pretty cool feature that responds to what you answer. However, when I checked the wings, they were only lemon pepper. I went back to that location in which I think it was the manager or a lady that not only gave me an order of hot & lemon pepper wings but some fries to go with that. It made my day so much better as I was already very hungry and whole reason I even went back to get the correct order. I got to enjoy some fries with my wings and I really appreciated that.“
