“I just left the restaurant and one of the impressions I got was very nice. When I arrived, everyone greeted me at the same time. The food was very delicious. “I came in around 6pm on a Thursday and it was very clean. I have a photo without people in it but there were at least 6 people eating prior to the photo.

Staff was polite, there was worship music playing which I appreciate. It was not chaotic. I go to another near by location and it’s not at all like this one.

Thank you to everyone that contributes to making this a clean, and peaceful place to go into.

For the first time I ordered tenders because of the online promotion, I don’t recommend. They are salty. I’ll stick to my classic wing combo.“

“Richard took my order over the phone & was so kind and attentive. He made sure he repeated my order back to make sure it was correct. When I arrived he told me that he remembered me over the phone when he took my order and also gave me a very friendly greeting when I walked through the door! He provided SERVICE where unfortunately service often lacks. 10’s across the board. I accidentally ordered at the wrong Wingstop (this one) instead of my usual but Richard will make me want to return even though it’s not the one that is as conveniently close to me.“

“Im always greeted by a staff member as soon as I walked through the door. There were a good amount of people already in line so the manager came out to man a cashier and helped expedite the order process. Even though very busy, with many people in line and the phones ringing non stop, they managed to attend to everyone in a professional manner and stay courteous and friendly. Some complained of the length of time for the wait of their food but the food is made to order when the order is placed if you're ordering at the counter. It takes @ 20 min or so for the food to be cooked properly and it comes out hot and fresh. The food was prepared the way I ordered and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant even as they are responsible for clearing your table at the end of your dining experience. I have dined at other locations but I personally drive the 20 minutes from my house, (although my local Wingstop is less than a mile away) because I feel the flavor and service here makes it worth the drive to me. I always recommend this location to people when I have the opportunity to do so. All in all, a 5 star experience all the way around. Highly recommend.

Parking: Located in a strip mall on the corner of Broadway and Bellfort, there is plenty of parking even during heavy traffic hours.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of designated parking spaces for the handicapped and a few access ramps to the walkways fronting the strip mall.“

“I love it here. A girl with blonde hair assisted me I missed her name but she was in a different uniform from others. I can say they are very respectful and willing to talk with customers such as also suggesting and letting us know what is recommended. I had a great experience, I felt so welcomed. I got bone in wings with some fries, dip, and drink, and I enjoyed it all. Food was tasty. Thanks guys.“

“Very amazed of how well kept this wingstop is. Throughout my visit, I saw Gabriel managing various roles swiftly. He took my order, bussed tables, checked on how long my order was taking, helped back of house and checked up on all the dine in guests.

“I was in on 2/23/42 at 12:36pm my Order# was 20012 I was greeted as I walked in by Nomi and she took my order as I waited she was very polite and professional. Is clean, I have notice the ladies room a bit dirty but i know is more like the people that walk in.

“I had placed a DoorDash order online for pickup and when I got home the order didn’t meet expectations. My 15 pc combo & 10 pc hot honey & garlic parm wings looked like plain wings, with no seasoning on them whatsoever, my fries were cold, and I didn’t receive no ranch with my order. I drove back over to the Westheimer location and calmly explained to them what the situation was and Mr. Haywood, the store manager, greeted me politely and immediately asked me what was the issue and insured that he could resolve the issue. Mr. Haywood and his other staff member, apologized for the inconvenience and offered me a fresh batch of food, without question! While I waited, he also offered me a free drink, for the inconvenience of me having to return the food. Thank you Mr. Haywood and your entire staff for handling my concerns with care and understanding what it means to have outstanding customer service!“

“I just want to say the guy Caleb or Kaleb he’s probably the only African American guy there has the best customer service he will take care you I ordered a big order and when I went to pick my order up it was set for a date a week away Caleb re did my order on the spot and it was fresh and hot and ready in 15 minutes and it was really busy thank you again!!!“

Which I think is crazy when they are quick to put all drums in an order why don’t they up charge $2.50 on all drums as well. “If you pre-order your food with the app before picking it up, you can just grab and go enjoy your well-cooked wings & strips! It's like, here they try their BEST! They're really out here cooking like they're going to eat it-- it's so good! Their fries are PERFECTLY seasoned, and so are their chicken strips! Not to mention, they all have the perfect amount of crispiness to them! But then I may have just ordered at a great time. I've never had any experiences with roaches, and the staff & customers in this area are generally just nice & sweet for some reason. There's definitely something good in the air here... unlike other Wingstops around this area... but overall, 10/10 will be carrying out from this specific wingstop for a while.“

However, my wings were supposed to be 10bbq and 5hot get home the wings were naked no sauce at all one of the worse experiences i called and called for an hour finally i was able to speak with Christan the manager he was kind but told me at 10pm that i would have to bring the wings back into their facility in order to get them replaced at 10pm these wings were not doable to eat , this was disappointing. “Finally you hired someone nice! I came here last night around 8:15 and the lady with the blonde pixie cut hair was so sweet. She was attentive and helpful to every customer and she even apologized for the wait. This is a huge contrast in comparison to the others employees at this location who are always dry, rude and ignore people. Keep this lady. Give her a raise or a bonus or something. I forgot to get her name but she was working the counter at 8:15pm on 10/19. She’s awesome.“

“I went to pick up an order, the service is very good, they are friendly, I recommend it for small orders in my experience when it is a large order if something is usually missing from what you order, and it is kind of inconvenient to go back and ask for the rest of the order why Yes, they give it to you but the process is a little slow, and what we want is to eat, advice, check your order carefully.“

“I had ordered spicy lemon pepper wings through phone because I wanted to let them know I wanted the wings mixed rather than just some hot and some lemon pepper. It wasn’t an actual human being answering, it’s a pretty cool feature that responds to what you answer. However, when I checked the wings, they were only lemon pepper. I went back to that location in which I think it was the manager or a lady that not only gave me an order of hot & lemon pepper wings but some fries to go with that. It made my day so much better as I was already very hungry and whole reason I even went back to get the correct order. I got to enjoy some fries with my wings and I really appreciated that.“
