Upon arriving their credit card machine went down, kinda a bummer. We went downstairs to Zutro instead and got drinks and dinner. Then we finally got back up to Z on 23 and we were able to get a drink! Super beautiful view and great selection of liquor. Definitely will be back!
Lovely views! However, the elevator took so long to come down to the ground level. We waited for nearly 12 minutes and only one elevator was in operation on Saturday.The bartender tried to service me a martini in a plastic cup which was a no for me.It was very cold and slightly windy on Saturday and they did not have headlamps which was shocking.
