“I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, of course there’s gonna be maybe one straw wrapper on the floor time to time, that’s customers being ignorant, and the employees are busy during the day making drinks and keeping their areas clean whatnot, but I love this location! Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!“

“I've been here just a handful of times. But everyone behind the bar, and the customers have been polite, friendly, and looking good. The place has been well kept up on all of my visits. And they were very fast to serve up my order of a single coffee.

Vegetarian options: Their pastries, salads, fruits, snacks, and some of their other offerings are considered vegetarian.

Parking: There is parking all around the building. And if you come after the business next door closes, you can park in those spaces too.

Kid-friendliness: Starbucks is almost always kid-friendly. Just no happy-meals, or playground like some of the other places.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, This Starbucks is AWDA compliant. And I believe all of their stories are as well.“

“This is a location inside of a Target, and while there are standalone locations in the area, I rather stop into this one.The service is consistently great, no matter the time of day or barista. The food & drinks are usually good, and the rare occasion that the coffee wasn’t quite up to par, it was more on the Starbucks supply side of things than the location itself.This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best I’ve been to, and even if I’m not shopping at Target that day, I still like to stop in here for a coffee here.“

“I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady and reminds me of my grandma! Yes the drive thru is long everyday but she is so sweet and patient with a huge smile! I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!“

“I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged to receive this level of service and respect! Great job you two....“

“I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! Will definitely be back!“

“This is my favorite Starbucks in the country. I travel 3 weeks each month and spend 6.22 every day on my coffee. Each time I come here Paige is so pleasant and knows my order and delivers my coffee with a smile each time. I call her Pleasant Page because she makes each cup of coffee taste better with her beautiful attitude!“

“Their ticket system for mobile orders was down but people could still submit orders without issue. The poor girl at front making the mobile orders was completely surrounded by Karens and people that have no patience. They handled it very well since the only way to actually make someones order was to see their receipt from the app and then remember who had what. Handled very well under pressure they all deserve a raise but especially the sweet girl at the front. It’s my fault for not asking for her name.“
