“I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, of course there’s gonna be maybe one straw wrapper on the floor time to time, that’s customers being ignorant, and the employees are busy during the day making drinks and keeping their areas clean whatnot, but I love this location! Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!“

“OMG!!! I LOVED IT!!! That one cute new girl with the cool blue hair and awesome anime pins makes the BEST DRINKS!!!! She was so nice to me and funny. I just love her energy and the delicious drinks!!!! 10/10 would come back. (That one guy that looks like he wants to off himself messed my drink up three times but she took over and fixed it thanks Queen.“

“I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! Will definitely be back!“

“I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady and reminds me of my grandma! Yes the drive thru is long everyday but she is so sweet and patient with a huge smile! I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!“

“This is a location inside of a Target, and while there are standalone locations in the area, I rather stop into this one.The service is consistently great, no matter the time of day or barista. The food & drinks are usually good, and the rare occasion that the coffee wasn’t quite up to par, it was more on the Starbucks supply side of things than the location itself.This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area, possibly the best I’ve been to, and even if I’m not shopping at Target that day, I still like to stop in here for a coffee here.“

“Best location so far. I have been ordering from this location for quite some time, and let me tell you they do care about your order, it is Thanksgiving today and the store was busy, I ordered through uber eats and my order was probably ready but the driver was 30 mins away, I did call the store and requested if its possible to reheat my coffee before the driver arrives bcoz I really love my coffee hot hot. The lady over the phone said she would make a new one for me but no promises if its gonna be hot before the driver arrives, but guess what, the coffee was super hot just like I wanted and they also sent a note saying they made it extra hot for me with a service card. Thank you so much. Made my day!!!“

“Their ticket system for mobile orders was down but people could still submit orders without issue. The poor girl at front making the mobile orders was completely surrounded by Karens and people that have no patience. They handled it very well since the only way to actually make someones order was to see their receipt from the app and then remember who had what. Handled very well under pressure they all deserve a raise but especially the sweet girl at the front. It’s my fault for not asking for her name.“

No complaints every time I go and the baristas KNOW what they’re doing each time and they know the assignment. Awesome customer service as well.“
