“I went to celebrate my birthday and the waiter Jesus Flores was an outstanding waiter, very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and suggestions. He was friendly and had an outgoing personality, I have been waited by other waiters at this location that were much slower (on a slow day) and took an act of Congress to wait or bring you anything. If you go ask for Jesus Flores (the other Jesus is not as friendly)“

“Today is my birthday and my husband asked me what I wanted to eat. Typically, I would have chosed seafood, that is my go to.. but, today, I really wanted a steak. I had seen Longhorn Steakhouse, but we had never been.. WHY did we wait so long??? It was sooo good. We both had the ribeye, baked potato, and salad. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waitress Ashley asked if we would like any condiments, I immediately said, yes A-1 please. Because, to be honest, at other places, I need it for flavor. I didn't even open the bottle.. it definitely didn't need it. It was so tender, flavorful and juicy. The potatoes were cooked, not partially, and you only get part of it.. and the salad, well, let's just say, we were thrilled to find, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber as well as all kinds of greens. The ranch was even good! We will definitely be a birthdays and anniversary new favorite!“

“The food was good but the seating person was very unpersonable as she never welcomed us and was very quiet which I have never experienced in any Texas Roadhouse we have been to. We asked to change seats as it was not that busy and you would think we asked her for owning a part of the restaurant. The food however was good and we enjoyed our meal.“

“I want to thank the Manager in duty today at the 5030 N Desert Blvd, El Paso, TX 79912. My family went over today. I ordered the prime rib, which I have done since it's been added to the menu. It came out a bit disappointing. Our lovely waitress was already going to take care of it, but the manager went ahead and handled it personally. He came back with a great cut of prime rib and a new side. The rest of our lunch was great!! I don't have the manager's name, but I appreciate that he took care of it and didn't dismiss the issue.“
