“I am a big Freddy's burger fan. They always have fresh good food, I really enjoy the chili cheese fries and tots and the dessert menu is awesome. Every time I go the customer service is spectacular and the food is always out fast. I would really recommend if you have not tried this place yet!!!“

“So I have been a customer for Chick-fil-A for at least 20 years this restaurant has uniqueness about it. The struggles with the staff I've actually gotten the wrong order but with it being drive-thru you're 5 mi down the road and you can't turn around also have had the same experience with bad biscuit in the morning will there be no way that it was fresh that morning.“

“I eat at this Arby's maybe three to four times a month. My experience with them has generally been consistent, with the only issue I can recall being the time they forgot the cheddar on my Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Normally, the fries are fresh, and the orders are accurate. I usually get the Beef and Cheddar with curly fries, but occasionally I try something different.

Today, I decided to switch it up and ordered the #9 Chicken Bacon Swiss combo to go. It was 11:23 AM, and the restaurant was quite busy. Since I ordered something that required cooking, rather than the quicker Beef and Cheddar, I expected a slightly longer wait. While waiting, I went to get a drink but noticed there was no ice. I approached the counter, and the worker kindly got some ice for me.

I waited long enough to finish my glass of tea, so I returned to the counter to ask for more ice. Once again, the worker politely provided ice and asked what I had ordered. I told him the Chicken Bacon Swiss combo, and he said he would check on it. A few moments later, he returned with my order bag.

Since I live 30 minutes away, I grabbed my order and headed home. I started with the curly fries, which were hot and fresh, as expected. After I finished the fires, I opened my sandwich and took a bite. Something felt off. After taking another bite, I realized there was no chicken. The sandwich had bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and sauce—but no chicken.

I was already 15 minutes away from the store, so I decided not to go back, but you can imagine how disappointed I was. I enjoy Arby's and hope this doesn't become the norm for this location. I gave 4 stars based on previous experiences. It would be 1 star if it was for only today.“

“Went to this place after a friend graduated from TDCJ and I loved it. I use to come to this Hartz as a child and still find that it's delicious. When I went there was nobody there but me and my family and the service was superb. Any questions I had was answered and every employee was friendly. The buffet was hot and I enjoyed myself and will come back whenever I get a chance to go back out there.“

Left there and came to this location on 45 and they made it happen, this is the only Huntsville location I will go to now, The lady behind the counter (I wish I had gotten her name) was absolutely wonderful.“
