McDonald's in Hurst

“I occasionally go to McDonald's for a quick drive thru lunch. I usually get the $5 McDouble Combo that includes the McDouble, small fries, a small drink and 4pc McNuggets. I really love using the McDonald's App to earn points towards free food, treats and drinks.

Two things about McDonald's in general that I don't like is they charge an extra upgrade fee for tea over soda so it's the only place I don't order a tea from. Also the prices can vary from location to location in the same general area. I can understand different prices in different regions, markets or across town, but don't like that a combo cost $2-3 more just a few miles away. I don't like to pay more for the same thing so I tend to avoid the higher priced locations or just go to another restaurant.“

“I had placed a movile order for curbside pickup as soon as i got off work (i work in dallas) and it was 50 minutes away so i figured id do it ahead of time and then pick it up closer to home. Well i placed the order and then when i got there the order never went through and i was having issues with the app. I did get an email for a mobile receipt tho. Regardless i was still having issues and didnt know what to do since i already paid for it. The manager stepped in to help resolve the issue right away so thank you so much to him. He was very respectful and helpful with the issue. 10/10 recommend this location“

“Had to wait 25 minutes for my pre ordered meals to be ready. The ONLY reason I’m giving more is because of Emily and her amazing work. She was very apologetic, empathized with me working night shift and just trying to go home after working 40 hours in 3 days. Girl deserves a raise and a promotion“
