The broth is amazing and so flavorful you don't even really need all the additional sauces. In the photo is S7 Combination pan fried flat noodles.“

“This is the oldest restaurant in Haltom City. I remember visiting here back in 1990 when I was taking a course at Texas Wesleyan. The pho is excellent, and I believe the soup has a unique, delicious flavor that has stood the test of time. Although the service can be a bit slow, it’s worth the wait once you taste the pho. “DoorDash order: I think this may be my new favorite place to eat. The food was fresh hot and the best meal I have had in a long time. Korean Short Ribs cooked perfect. Fried Rice huge shrimp clean hot fresh not greasy or oily. Crab Rangoon brought back memories of my mom she loved them and these were huge filled with an ample amount of crab and cream cheese sauce provided not needed. Shrimp Tempura Roll good roll great sauce and wasabi sauce amazing...Everything 10/10 even my kids 5 and 15 enjoyed it...Will be coming back for the Pho...Hands down #1 in my book.“

“My girlfriends and I had such a PHENOMENAL dining experience at Pho Pasteur in Arlington! The food was absolutely amazing! My Vietnamese girlfriend told me that it was the most delicious and AUTHENTIC Pho she’s eaten, since moving to America. She said that the food at Pho Pasteur reminded her of being back in her home country! The restaurant is very clean and modern, and the young owner Van is so incredibly professional, kind and handsome! He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had a delightful time. “I never knew this place was here driving by it for 8 years! I did a take out order by looking on Google. Even with navigation, I had a hard time finding this place. I think because their sign is up higher than the other store signs on the building, I suggest adding a sign to match the other store if you all need more customers. I laughed once I realized it's there. My food was ready once I got there. The employee was so nice that she offered to take my food to the car because I have a disability.

“This is officially my favorite Vietnamese spot…the food was very comforting and warmed me down to my core, and I suddenly felt homesick for something I’ve never known. I came with my family after my concert and ordered #28 and #11 (if I recall correctly). Being Haitian, walking in immediately reminded me of the Haitian spots I grew up eating at. So I just KNEW it would be authentic. The staff was very friendly and the two gentlemen that helped us were extremely kind. The spring rolls were juicy and fresh, and the peanut sauce was the best I’ve ever had. My mum got the beef pho (I think #2…?) and the ox tail was extremely tender and well seasoned. She didn’t like that the broth was slightly sweet but I loved it.

My tomato based soup deserves its own paragraph. The broth was not acidic like I expected, but instead, very rich with a brilliant and robust muted tomato flavor. There were snails, tomatoes, green onions, tofu, and this cake type thing. I’m imagining that it was a crab and shrimp meatball . I’d never had one before and it was packed with a deep, beautiful seafood flavor. The noodles were perfectly chewy and adding the fish sauce and some chili oil elevated the whole dish. There’s so many people I want to take here, we will be back!! 💕“

“We found this place online and unsure about the food since all the other Vietnamese restaurants we went in the last 3 years have been a disappointment. Old broth, they put sugar in the broth etc but THIS place, it’s Fresh!!! We were so excited to eat our beef pho… We will definitely go back. Not a fancy place, the service is medicocre, pay cash only but the pho is delicious! 4 stars for a nice portion and freshly made soup“

“BMV is one of my GO-TO restaurants when I want to treat myself. I have only ever ordered through Uber Eats, and am happy with my order every time. I highly recommend the Grilled Pork Vermicelli Salad- it’s like a spring roll in a bowl! Easily customizable, filling, and fresh every time. It’s the perfect summer meal.
