I do not have time to go behind anyone and verify that they are providing me what I asked for.If you cannot give me what I ask for, tell me. Communicate that to me. I do not mind going elsewhere.Giving me what you want to give me rather than what I have asked for is a sign of entitlement. I am not one to complain, but seeing how it can be bettered. Active listening and attention to detail I feel would help.If you don't want me to visit this establishment, let me know.In the end, It's just food; If I need to make adjustments. I will do that.“

“EVERYTHING about this pace was top notch. You’d think John Taffer from Bar Rescue had been here before. Service - friendly, prompt, informative. Vibe - a whole vibe. The singer during brunch, Rebecca Dena has an angel’s voice. We never felt rushed, got great recommendations on the menu and felt welcome and appreciated the whole time. Our server, Coco, was beyond amazing. As a business owner myself I’d try to steal her away if I didn’t know she and the owners are family. You can tell when management cares - when owners are present and care. This will be a staple every time I visit Dallas. Had the chicken and waffles and my greedy cousin (lol) had the Rasta Pasta and some special velvet waffle. All excellent choices. I’m a fan. 5 stars.“

“First, this place gives all the feels of an creative artists paradise, so as soon as I walked in I was immediately inspired to relax and enjoy the ambiance.
From the Blue Eyed Soul Burn playing in the background as theme music, to the array of eye medicine in every direction. Not to mention the coffee is made with love and care, I could taste it with every sip. This is a perfect place to come unwind, get a litte work done, or just invest some you time quietly and people watch me.

“We had an excellent time at The Metropolitan on Main. The cocktails were very unique and delicious. The French fries with truffle oil really hit the spot. And the charcuterie board had a little bit of everything:berries, cheeses, meat, bread and fig jam. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were introduced to the owner who is a delight and has a passion for entertaining.“

“Affable and gracious baristas here who let us bring our elderly golden retrievers in for some nice AC. We enjoyed a couple of satisfying lattes, the Spanish (cafe con leche) and lavender flavors along with a warmed chocolate croissant. The atmosphere was bright with hints of turkish decor, and although most tables were full it was quiet and easy to talk. The menu was captivatingly diverse- but not too large; non caffeinated muddled juice options, frozen and seasonal drinks, and the food touched on every tastebud from strawberry waffles to grilled cheese and hummus plates. I really appreciated the attention to detail of all the employees, but when I first entered and there was a line it didn’t really invoke any sort of sense of urgency. I wouldn’t label this as a “quick grab and go” but more of a chill day kind of experience. Can’t wait to come back and try different menu items!“

“I go to the OC location once a week with my toddler. Their costumer service is always fantastic. Today, though, it was exceptional. My toddler was having a rough day. He likes to get their chocolate milk from the cooler. He loves it because it has a cow on it. They were out of them and offered to make him an in-house chocolate milk instead. I said yes while my toddler was crying NO! I joked with her explaining that he’s just sad because it won’t have a cow picture. Well, when we received the chocolate milk it in fact had a hand drawn cow on it. It made him smile & calmed him down. It was absolutely so sweet of her. It’s small acts of kindness like this that you just never know how big of a difference it’ll make. Thank you for helping to brighten our day.“

“Great hidden gem right next to the Fairmont hotel. Relaxing music and digs for a solid espresso escape. I went back twice because I couldn't handle the disfunction at the Fairmont Starbucks. Take a 2 min walk and head down the stairs with the fountains on Ross st. It's on the right between the two big towers. You won't be disappointed.“

I ordered the ricotta dip to share, which was ok, but not enough for dinner, so I was going to order something else, but the waitress never came back. She was very nice but seemed overwhelmed. I will say the 2 drinks I had were great and the atmosphere was fun. We had a great time but I left hungry. My friend had a great time and that’s all that matters. I would like to come back and actually have a chance to eat from the dinner menu.“
