“It's good pizza. They offer pretty good deals online. Sometimes the wings don't have much sauce on them. I've gotten some with no sauce before. That wasn't cool. Had to turn around and go back. We now check our order before we leave the restaurant. They are quick to get your order ready. Worth trying if you haven't“

World class service. 5 star Dubai type stuff. Staff was in there moving at high speeds hyping each other up. This was literally the best Pizza experience I’ve ever had. 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. This location should be getting studied in business schools.“

“Shout out to the workers that work at this Papa John’s!!!! They were the only restaurant open during the ice storm and they still were pleasant and provided above and beyond customer service. “Crazy story, I recently stayed in hutto for work a couple weeks ago. Fast forward, I live in FL. Go to order off the app in a rush and do recent order as it’s the same thing I always order and didn’t realize the address I put for an order I did at my Airbnb in Texas, popped up and sent it smh! Realized the mistake after the fact and it had been delivered to whoever got it… Mustafa answered the phone when i called, I explain the situation. He says “that’s crazy, I’m soo sorry that happened. Let me ask my Manager if there’s anything we can do.” He speaks to his Manager Ethan, I can hear them in the background conversing. 45 seconds later. “My manager said don’t worry about it he’s giving you a refund..” He did not have to do anything as it was already delivered but took my word on what happened. Thank you guys for turning my what I thought crappy Friday night, into an epic win!! Ethan, Mustafa… you guys are amazing! Thank you!!!“

“I had an issue with my last order and delivery and the lady manager was absolutely amazing!!! She fixed the issue and gave me a credit so my family could order dinner again. She is the nicest lady and very understanding. This pizza hut is awesome.“

“I got a pot pie and I dined in and the pot pie was so dry. I had to take it back well. They made me a fresh one and I waited about 25 minutes on it. I took it home with me and when I got home it too was very dry. I ended up throwing it away about a week later. I stopped in the store and I told the manager about the situation and he offered me a two-piece meal of my choice which I got. I took it home and it was absolutely wonderful. The chicken there is wonderful but they do not know how to make the pot pies right? They don't put enough sauce in them for some reason. They are way too dry. I've had many of pot pies at many different KFCs and they were just wonderful, but this particular store has an issue with making them.
