“This was my first time ordering DoubleDave’s. My daughter’s school was having a fundraiser and 20% of our order went to them so I thought I would try it out. I ordered two pizzas and a salad online for delivery and the food arrived pretty fast, however, only the pizza arrived. Honestly, I didn’t feel like calling the restaurant to complain that we didn’t get our small salad so we just ate the pizza and said all well. Then I got a text that our salad would be arriving asap and not even 5 min later the delivery driver was at our door apologizing. Now we order food for delivery at least twice a week from various restaurants and we understand things get forgotten, but NEVER have I had a delivery driver actually return to the store to get the item and bring it to us after it was forgotten ESPECIALLY without me even complaining about it. This act alone will bring us back to DoubleDaves in the future because customer service is key. But also the food was spectacular!“

“Great experience! We ordered pizza and cheese bread, but only the pizza was delivered at first. Before we even realized the cheese bread was missing, they showed back up about 15 minutes later with it and apologized for the mistake. Really appreciated that they caught it on their own and fixed it quickly. That kind of customer service goes a long way!“

“Tried for first time here in Buda from friends recommendation. It was busy Saturday night but got our appetizers in less than 10 minutes! Garlic knots were good, also got the fried zucchini yum and the sauce was great. 12 or more draft beers and sample offered Nice! We got the carnivore and margarita, liked the crust- margarita needed a little more flavor but still was good. Lots of staff keeping it clean and asking if anything else needed! I definitely recommend it, and I will be back. Welcome to Buda!“

“The Pitzza was really good but the only thing I didn’t like when I walked inn the cashier was with a long face not welcoming or smile or at least ask how are you doing how can I help you . That make me feel like if I went to bother him I’m not welcome to the business. I think having a smile and welcoming the costumers can make a difference no I feel like I don’t want to go back I don’t feel welcome or like if I’m bothering. Not a good feeling . But the Pitzza was delicious.“

“Visited for the first time on early Saturday afternoon. This place is owned by the same owner as Tony & Luigi's in Georgetown where we go for birthdays. It's small and at the end of a strip mall. There are a few table and booths and it has something of an industrial vibe. I had the Sloppy Tony sandwich and salad and my wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo. Food is server in take out containers with plastic utensil packages. You can add a salad, or fries or chip or cup of soup to any sandwich or pizza slice for $1. My sandwich was spicier than I expected but good, and hers was too bland. My order rang up higher than the menu said, but they refunded the difference. We'll go again. It's convenient to the grocery stores.“

Typically I’m a fork and knife, kind of guy, but by the end of the Branzino, I had to get in there and pick it out with my fingers cause it was so good I couldn’t lose any of it.

If you like seafood and you’re willing to get in there for amazing flavor and awesome service, I can’t recommend highly enough this popular spot!“

“My family has been going to Baris since it opened in 1997 when we lived in Pflugerville. My youngest son turned 21 and requested Baris for his birthday last night. We haven't been for a few years as we moved about 30 minutes away. It was so much fun visiting an old fave. Food quality is amazing, the menu hasn't changed and we were delighted to see the daughter that was bussing tables as a kid is now running the restaurant. Such a local gem. We were a ginormous party of 43 people MOSTLY teenagers (band kiddos coming from state solo & ensemble) and we were greeted with the biggest smiles and happiest group of guys ready to help us feed our kiddos dinner! I stopped in for a quick bite amidst a shopping spree, and oh, am I glad I did! I decided on the chicken Stromboli, and let me tell you, it was fantastico! The crust was perfectly golden and crispy, yielding to a wonderfully savory filling of tender chicken, melted mozzarella, and just the right touch of herbs. Every bite was a little piece of Italian heaven – truly outstanding! But it wasn't just the incredible food that made this experience so memorable.
