McDonald's in Hutto

“Lemonade should be an option for the kids meal drink. I have to get five for atmosphere because I did not go in would not take off a star for some thing I didn’t see. 5 for food not because it’s anything fancy, but because it’s exactly the same quality you expect every time. For service -3 because they had three chances to give me good service. 1.The guy at the speaker didn’t know how to put my order in so he just didn’t. Which was a kids meal with a lemonade no ice, and apparently there’s not a button for that. 2. The lady at the first window put it in for me since there was no specific order like mine in her system, and since there’s not button for lemonade, she added a small lemonade with an up charge, but failed to tell me lemonade is not an option for kid drink, and there would be an upcharge for a small drink until after I paid and asked when did the cost of happy meal go up. 3.At the second window they are confirming which order is mine and I tell them it’s the happy meal with small lemonade no ice, still I got a lemonade with ice and didn’t notice till I got home and had a watered down drink. As there were two people at that window, four people failed to give me good service all in one trip. And since many locations are able to pour lemonade in a kid size cup for me, I didn’t know this wasn’t a button for a kid drink. I get the same thing every time no problem until this time at this location at 4929 Gattis School Rd. When the food is cheap and basic, the service needs to be great and it usually is, but I did not recognize any of these faces so maybe they are still getting the hang of it. I’m sure they’ll be great. They were all really friendly while they were making their mistakes. They just need a little coaching from managers. I know from experience working at a McDonald’s, you get a lot of coaching and experience, each position doing the same thing over and over until you can do it correctly without fail. Please just add a button for lemonade on kid drinks. I don’t want a soda or a hi-c every time, and I don’t want a big cup. I want a tiny meal with a tiny drink and tiny toy.“

“I haven't been inside of McDonald's since probably high school so I was really excited to use the little kiosk place my order it was out before I knew it super hot fresh delicious and I like that I got to put my own drink together because I don't like as much ice as they normally give you. And they were so friendly there!!! The guy that was filling up the ice was so friendly and made my morning a little bit nicer.
