“First time ever here and all we can say is, Why is this not open in the Houston area?!?!! (Cypress please!). We were in town for a concert and just happened to find CAPT when looking to make a reservation. Soooooooo glad I found it. All four of us fell in love. The Pig Pizza was amazing! The crust was absolutely perfect, may be the best pizza we've ever had. Our friends had the Veggie on Cauliflower crust and said it was terrific...but after trying our Pig pizza, they also agreed the crust was amazing and prob the best they've had. The HH Old Fashioned was delicious! It wad a perfect balance of sweet, sour, bourbon. The artisan tonic water they used in the voda-tonic made all the difference apparently cause it was just soo smooth and tasty. Everything we had was fantastic. And not to be left out, the service was outstanding. From hostess stand to waiter to bartenders, top notch. Pleeeeeeease open one in Cypress! This is a must have,, anytime we are up in the Las Colinas area from now on.“

“8.14.2025 - I've eaten at Blaze Pizza a number of times but my Army battle buddy had never so, we shared a pizza. I like mine with the spicy marinara sauce, pepperoni, pineapples, arugula, spinach, green bell peppers, and three types of cheese. She added chicken and mushrooms. After it came out, I added the garlic oil. I of course loved it because it was spicy but I removed the mushrooms. She ate it but didn't care for the spiciness of it and she removed the bell peppers and pineapples.

The owner always comes by and says hi to us. Another thing I love about them the owner never says anything about my youngest bring outside food. My kid has autism so it’s hard to find places to eat where they allow us to enjoy a meal as a family. I love them for that. We rode the complimentary bikes to explore Las Colinas, grabbed amazing coffee from the on-site coffee house, and enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant. One of our favorite parts was playing cornhole in the courtyard such a fun touch! Our patio led straight out to that shared space, which made it feel cozy and connected. Every detail felt intentional, and the ambience really set the tone for a memorable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. “I love the ambience of this coffee shop, it’s in a very quiet area, and allows for natural sunlight. Beyond the ambience, the coffee tastes amazing, and the workers are incredibly kind and charismatic! As an added bonus, they give first responders free drinks while on duty, which I have never seen before, and earns 5 stars alone! 10/10 will definitely be back!“

“Stopped by here to have a beer while my wife was next door getting a massage. I ended up having three different ones while there. I like the fact that they have some beers on tap that I had earlier in the year while visiting Belgium. I was quite surprised when it came time to pay my bill and it came out to be cheaper than I expected. I believe I managed to stumble upon their happy hour. I really like the vibe, it has a dive pub feel while still being upscale. I have gone back a few times since. Definitely a good place to have beers with friends.“

“Service was great and the corn dogs were SO..... crunchy. They have some fun corn dogs. I had the beef corn dog with cut mini french fries bites that are embedded into the breading. They also have six other different types of fun corn dogs. We were trying the others next time. Great value and expensive. They cook them when you order them.“
