“Torchy's is a street taco specialist that started up as a food truck in Austin and has now expanded to over 90 restaurants across the States including this place on Whitestone Blvd. in Cedar Park. They have a fair sized indoor seating area as well as outdoor tables. You can do take-away and delivery as well. Menu features a few not-taco and side items along with their signature list soft tacos that are really good. We had dinner here recently amongst friends, tried 6-7 of their different tacos, let's just say that nobody complained and we gladly finished them all. Torchy's is a neat place that is family friendly and a good spot to meet up with friends. Prices are reasonable, range of taco options good and they seem to know what they are doing in the kitchen. Would gladly eat here again and do take-away for meals at home.“

The entire place does not have pickles which made it very weird to get a bratwurst with no pickles but overall I had a good experience. I did get some chicken wings ask for him well done, they were pretty burnt but edible. Overall 4.3 out of 5! Would go again for sure“

“I love this place. We usually go several times during the month. We love our Cosmopolitan drinks always made with our favorite Grey Goose Vodka. The food is amazing. I’m not really into spicy but here I can handle it. Last but no least… the service! The customer service. Fast, kind, always with a smile open to help and give you advises. They are so skilled and knowledgable. Waiters knows al the plates, and tastes. Also huge shout out to my Venezuelan friend. He is a bus boy and he is always goes above and beyond. “My wife and I travel frequently to Austin and have for a number of years. With two of our children here, we have dined out at many of Austin's finest restaurants. I am a partner in a number of businesses in Sonoma County, California, including golf courses, theaters and a restaurant. I am rarely motivated to write a restaurant review, particularly a glowing review. My wife found Oz. Tap House online and it was very close to our hotel. My personal experience with tap houses is that they have great beer, but mediocre food and generally less than mediocre service. I went online and looked at the menu, still not particularly enthusiastic. But I decided to place a dinner order for my wife and I and was immediately blown away by the online ordering system. Virtually every menu item can be custom ordered in a dizzying variety of ways. I even remarked to my wife that it was the finest online ordering software that I had ever seen. But ordering is one thing and execution is another. My wife ordered the Oz. House Burger (Beef), cooked medium, substituting lettuce wrap for the bun and adding avocado with a small avocado jalapeno side salad. Again, the customization options were many. I ordered the Charcuterie Pretzel and a Side Caesar Salad, with no croutons. I knew the restaurant was only a couple of minute drive, but even then the speed of the announcement of the projected pickup time and the time itself was amazing; less than 15 minutes. When I picked up the meals at curbside, I told the waitress how impressed I had been with the online ordering system and she thanked me and told me she would have to tell her husband. Turns out Krista and her husband, Sean, own and operate the restaurant. I had assumed with the level of sophistication that it must be a franchise or chain, but no, Oz. is a true mom and pop restaurant. When leaving I told Krista that the proof would be in (i) whether the delivered food matched the order and (ii) the quality of the food. I had barely started eating when my wife announced that her salad was spectacular and the burger one of the best she had ever had. My meal was every bit as impressive. Again, uncharacteristically for me, I called Krista (even though the restaurant was hopping and I knew she was busy), just to tell her that the food was as good or better than the service. This is as advertised: true farm-to-market fare, exceedingly fresh, expertly prepared as ordered and quickly delivered. Yes, Oz. may not have McDonald's prices, but it has infinitely superior food, expertly prepared and efficiently delivered. We admittedly didn't even try what was probably the standout feature of the restaurant: the beer. I assume if the restaurant part of the tap house was spectacular, the beer side of it must be even more so. Next time. Do yourself a favor and try the Oz. Tap House. My very best wishes to Krista and Sean on a very successful business in a tough industry.“

We always get the double flavor hot pot with the Szechuan spicy broth and the red braised broth, since he can tolerate more spice than me. The handmade noodles and beef tripe are always great, and something about the sauce bar is head-and-shoulders above other hotpot places. I love when I come here and they’re playing c-pop; I’ll always remember coming on my husband’s birthday and they were playing 《祝我生日快乐》 (“Wish Me Happy Birthday”) by Landy Wen.“

“Healthy eating isn't always the easiest thing to come by when dining out in Texas. Honest Mary is a fast-casual kitchen preparing vegetarian, gluten-free and healthy bowls at their two branches in Austin. We stopped by recently and did their Sedona Lime and Med Harissa Bowl, both were freshly prepared and tasted very good. You can also do custom bowls choosing your own proteins, rice/salad base and other food items/sauces. Prices are about right for the food quality and portion sizes served. Seating area is a regular, casual restaurant and bowls are prepared fairly quickly.“

“We went this last Friday for their Prime Rib Special, we arrived right at 5:00pm and were seated right away. Service was incredibly quick and our server was a fantastic personable woman (whose name I can’t remember 🤦🏻‍♀️). The fresh bread was sooo good, my husband had the Cajun pasta which was sooo delicious! I got the Prime Rib Special, the smoked mashed potatoes were to die for, and the asparagus was perfectly cooked. My prime rib was a little overcooked, which made it a bit tough but was still so yummy and the seasoning on it was top tier. The cheesecake dessert was one of the best desserts I have ever had! It lasted about five seconds at our table. The cocktails and mocktails were also perfect. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back!“

“We live about a mile away and have been waiting for a closer breakfast spot to our part of Cedar Park. Thankfully Cedar Park Cafe moved in and we finally gave it a try. We visited on a Saturday morning around 10:30am and it was busy but not busy enough for a long wait. The staff was incredibly friendly and our waiter was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was extremely good. The gravy was well seasoned, the eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns were all cooked perfectly. I recommend Cedar Park Cafe to all locals and we will definitely be back.“

“This is the best dumpling restaurant.
I highly recommend trying the spicy soup dumplings shown in the fourth photo I uploaded, they are a must. I’m actually very bad at handling spicy food, but these dumplings were deliciously spicy.

I was also very satisfied with all the other dishes in the photos. The staff were kind, and even the shape of the tableware was unique and special.

I would love to come back again… but since I’m moving to another state, I guess I’ll only be able to taste them again in my dreams.
