I came in tonight for a burger & they said there would be a 4 minute wait for my burger as they were making fresh patties and if I was okay with that, first of all thank you for valueing my time & secondly thank you for bringing out my drink whule i waited on the rest of my order! “I love this place! I am not sure when this business was established, but where was I. Sheesh!!! My favorite is the strawberry shortcake and strawberry lemonade and watermelon. Both locations are clean, and the employees are very sweet. I also love that you can earn points and redeem the points for your "treat." Try it. You will thank me later. My entire family loves this place

“I dont order crumbl a lot bc they are expensive & not one near but the times I've had them they have always been good . If you don't like sweet sweet cookies toy won't like them bc they are definitely sweet .I've never been to one so idk how the employees are but the cookies are good

Parking: Everytime I drive by a crumbl there is plenty of parking . So room for everyone never have seen anyone have a problem with the parking .“

“This place has great selection of snacks and food. My husband and I have tried the agua fresca, fresas con crema, churro, rusa, mangonada and they were delicious. Hands down to there employees for on not only caring about themself's but of there clients, by property wearing masks and gloves when handling food and changing them out when handling the cash register.?“

“Ive loved the limeades since I was a kid so that'll get me there. The food has never really been memorable but never bad. The shop has a surprisingly big selection of not just ice cream and milk plus the prices aren't bad. Store is obviously well run and clean. Easy rec.“

“We just visited the new location in Lawrence Kansas. What a fun place. The open air seating is just so cool. The music is great. The employees are friendly and helpful with great recommendations. I had a Snickers. My niece had a peaches and cream. Both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back and try something different.“

“My family and I have enjoyed coming to your restraunt since we moved here in 2021. Always a great experience which is why we come back. I did have a different experience today but I'm still giving you 5 stars. Please encourage your employees to make sure the lettuce is 👍🏻 and green. Today, my chicken fried steak sandwich tasted not so good, and upon further investigation the lettuce had began to wilt. I'll be back, I would just not like to have this same experience duplicated in the future. Ty“

“Y’all’s staff is phenomenal, from one food service manager to another ! Kacey was exceptionally kind in the drive through helping me navigate the menu as a first timer ! Everyone was working and the wait wasn’t long at all! Food is hot and fresh! These cheese curds are to die for !“

“Every time I start my order it seems like I am interrupted and can't finish my order. I even had to tell the lady if I could finish ordering because she was giving me my total. That is so annoying being rushed. We try to have orders ready to go before pushing the button but when you have kids, things change.“
