“This location is fantastic!! Family owned and family run….Not only does the owner work here herself, but so does her daughter and grand daughter!! They are all incredibly nice and the food is fresh and hot! Definitely my favorite Schlotzky’s! And if you’ve never tried the “Smokecheesy” you’re missing out!“

“My wife and I have been to Charley's so far 4 or 5 times this month and have yet to be disappointed. I'm not an expert on Philly Cheesesteaks and I can only go by reviews and YouTube videos but these are very delicious. The steak meat honestly I couldn't tell you if its flank or top sirloin but it's moist and hot. We always get the regular cheesesteak with onions, provolone cheese and peppers but without lettuce or tomatoes in order to stay closer to an original cheesesteak. The fries are always hot, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They have homemade lemonade which to me is better than Chick-fil-A's lemonade. Some locations have wings and hand-spun milkshakes but not the one inside Baybrook Mall. The cheesesteaks are really good but ALWAYS get the extra meat option, trust me.

“Sometimes not all employees really want to be making sandwiches even though the vegetables are fresh looking and all.If that sandwich you ordered isn't made with at least a little love it will completely fall apart if it ain't cut in half all the way bread tears off wrong making a mess get Xtra napkins with any type of ordered food is what I learned so I do just that .employees are great good job“

“Located inside Clear Lake Regional Medical Center Cafeteria. Stays open til 10pm most nights when the regular cafeteria hours are only from 11pm-2pm. The food is kept fresher than the other subways I've been too and the employees are nice.“

“ordered food online went to pick it up and one lady was walking around cleaning up and the lady at the drive thru window never can to the window. They both looked at me and turned their face. I drove back around to the menu and another car was ordering their food. The lady finally came on the intercom so I told her I had an online order. “Hello everyone I ordered thru Door Dash for a Giant big kahuna cheesesteak sub from Jersey Mike's on Eldorado Blvd and door Dash picked my order up to deliver to my job at FedEx Ground across from Ellington field airport. Door Dash arrives in good time and canceled my order and drove off. I called Jersey Mike's up and Drake the manager answered and told me he will make another sub for me and deliver it personally in 10 minutes. He made my day and my stomach really thanks him for going above and beyond.
